  • Perfect vacation home!

"We had such a fabulous week at this beautiful, immaculate vacation home. We were 3 couples, and there were superb accomodations for all of us. Joan was very friendly and helpful with lots of information on what to do in the area. The home is very comfortable, with a well-appointed kitchen, beautiful bathrooms, and multiple decks with beautiful views. Most of us had never been to Kiawah before, and we were thrilled at all the fun things to do. We rode bikes, went to the beach, golfed, kayaked, toured Charleston, Firefly Distillery, and Charleston Tea Plantation. We never realized what a Foodie Mecca this area is! Our two favorite local restaurants were Fat Hen and Crave. We are already planning when we can come back. And we all agreed when we do, it will definitely be at this fabulous home."

  • Paradise in Kiawah!

"Our family spent a week in Kiawah and can not say enough about this fabulous home! The bedroom layout is excellent for a larger group and the open space is divided into three separate gathering spaces, an upper "family room", a main family room and a garage area that is set up with loads of fun activities for kids of all ages. The family has gone out of their way to provide wagons to load items for the beach and even has a nice selection of beach chairs, an umbrella, and towels for use during your stay. The kitchen is stocked extremely well and we found we lacked for nothing while eating meals at the house. There is even a wine fridge! The views are amazing from any part of the home and we found ourselves enjoying the screened in porch at all hours of the day! Very relaxing to play a game or read a book! Finally, there are numerous activities to keep a family busy on the island of Kiawah and plenty of excellent dining options. The house "manual" which was thoughtfully put together by the owners, thoroughly covered all of our activity options and helped us make decisions on where to eat and how to spend our days. We can't wait to return to Kiawah and book this home again!!! Many thanks!"

  • Great House!

"We just spend our first week at Kiawah and loved every minute of it. The house was beautiful with lots of space to spread out. Also, the very large kitchen made it easy to prepare family meals at home each night. This house is in a great location, just a short bike ride to the beach and within walking distance of the neighborhood pool."

  • Excellent Place for a Large Group Gathering

"We had a family reunion with 14 people staying at the house. It is quite large and well laid out, so that everyone had their privacy, and yet we all felt that we were there together. Hard to find such a place, and much nicer than renting a bunch of separate condos. The large kitchen was a great central hang out place, as was the pool. There was no dining area that could accommodate more than 8 people, but we remedied this by moving two tables together. The setting was beautiful and we loved being able to have a short walk or bike ride to the beach. I would really recommend this house for a large gathering of family or friends. I gave it four stars instead of five because there are some older home maintenance items that need some attention. But Joe was easy to communicate with, and very responsive when we needed something. I would stay there again."
