  • Perfect vacation home!

"We had such a fabulous week at this beautiful, immaculate vacation home. We were 3 couples, and there were superb accomodations for all of us. Joan was very friendly and helpful with lots of information on what to do in the area. The home is very comfortable, with a well-appointed kitchen, beautiful bathrooms, and multiple decks with beautiful views. Most of us had never been to Kiawah before, and we were thrilled at all the fun things to do. We rode bikes, went to the beach, golfed, kayaked, toured Charleston, Firefly Distillery, and Charleston Tea Plantation. We never realized what a Foodie Mecca this area is! Our two favorite local restaurants were Fat Hen and Crave. We are already planning when we can come back. And we all agreed when we do, it will definitely be at this fabulous home."

  • The Perfect Stay

"We have stayed with the St. John's at Sweetgrass 1 and this unit far surpasses our hopes. After years of dealing with Wade and Elisabeth they are a pleasure to deal with both in business and personally. After all these years we call them friends. You can count on them, their word is gold. The house Is perfectly located and close to beach access. The house is well equipped with everything you an possibly need. The multiple seating areas are great for having multiple conversations. Do yourself a favor and book it. We sure will again and again. Bob & Diane Davis - Vestal, NY"

  • Amazing week in Kiawah

"Stayed for a week in this beautiful home. The pictures on the internet do not do it justice. The living room was bright and spacious and we all enjoyed relaxing there after a long day at the beach. The kids especially enjoyed watching the 3D movies. The four bedroom and four bathrooms were wonderful and gave everyone their own space. Our two grandsons loved having their own room upstairs. It was a very hot muggy week so we were not able to enjoy the outside decks as much as we would have liked but we did spend a lot of time on the screened porch which had a ceiling fan. The kitchen was beautiful and even had a separate ice maker that was great for taking food and drinks to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and no main road to cross to get to the bike path. The 5-minute bike ride to the beach through the Alle of the Oaks was easy and peaceful – even our 5-year-old loved it and had no problem keeping up with everyone. The view of the golf course was beautiful and we enjoyed watching the deer and her babies. The beach on Kiawah is beautiful. We all had a wonderful week and have already made plans to return to this wonderful home next year!"

  • Spacious house

"Nice house -- Good space for a large group - short walk to the beach on a private boardwalk. We enjoyed the stay on the island-- played lots of tennis! Ate some good food on St. John Island (Wild Olive - Chez Fish)"
