  • Wonderful family getaway!

"What a wonderful week we all had at Kiawah – and the lovely home at 307 Palm Warbler played a significant role in everyone’s enjoyment! The house was warm & inviting, yet spacious enough so everyone had plenty of room and privacy (4 large, attractive bedrooms, each with a bath). We loved the screened porch on the lagoon and golf course, the comfy leather sofas, the big dining room table, the colorful artwork, and much more. The beach wagon was terrific and there were beach chairs & sand toys galore. Leigh’s attention to detail made it all so easy. Everything we could possibly expect in a rental home was supplied - and so much more! It was fun for me to celebrate a "big" birthday with all my family in this charming home. Thank you to Leigh for making everything go so smoothly. All the glowing reviews are 100% accurate! We hope to return and have already recommended the home to friends."

  • Excellent Vacation Spot

"My family was pleased and comfortable during our stay at 136 Conifer. We were thankful to have bicycles available to ride on the many bicycle trails. It was a nice cost savings! The kitchen size was perfect for our needs. Wonderful to have the laundry facilities available free of charge. The pool was an added bonus! My grandchildren and extended family spent many hours enjoying the pool during the day and evening hours. We barbecues 2 or 3 times during the week. An excellent added feature. The privacy of the cul de sac was another added bonus. The family felt safe with secure getting to know others close by and a comfortable street to ride bikes. The beach was closer than expected, which was awesome. Sorry we could not get all linens washed before we had to depart. The house was bug free for the most part (just an occasional sentiped that the kids enjoyed finding). Absolutely not a problem. It would have been nice to have an ice maker. The house temperature was very comfortable at all times. The home was very clean and bathrooms very spacious. Kiawah Island is truly a blessing I would have never expected to enjoy. God has truly blessed Vivian and her family. Thanks for sharing. God peace be with you all! Listing was perfect. Vivian responded to each concern. The landscaping was beautiful. Love the yard lighting in evening. Ate at a restaurant on the island one time. Too costly to eat at island restaurants. We did do a kayaking tour. We also did some alligator hunting, which was very easy. Shopped at the Steaw Market and another place, which the name escapes me. Overall, very pleased!"

  • Perfect Getaway

"This was the first time my wife and I took our 5-year-old son to the beach. This could not have been any more perfect! Kiawah Island is gorgeous and provides many activities, but we especially loved bike riding (on one of the many trails throughout the island, or on the beach), small crowds at the beach, and fine dining. Not to mention the world class golf! The house itself was fantastic. Very clean, comfortable, and provided with any household items needed and more. We also loved the location of the house. It is on a side street away from any main roads, about 5 minutes from the Freshfields Market and a minute from the beach. I would recommend this house in a heartbeat and hope to return some day soon."
