  • Great Stay

"My daughter and I stayed on Kiawah Island two years ago and needed a larger place to bring our husbands this time! This villa was the perfect amount of space with a clean and comfortable living room, porch and kitchen with dining. A short and picturesque walk over a bridge with gators below and osprey's nest above takes you to the beautiful beach. Bikes provided by the host make it convenient to get around and are a bonus. We went to Charleston and the Tea Plantation, kayaked and biked, and enjoyed reading quietly together, too. Great stay!"

  • Hidden gem

"This place is very well maintained and comes with everything you need especially small families. The condo even comes with 2 bikes, 2 beach chairs, beach mats and a couple of bodyboards for surfing. We will definitely try to book this condo again!"

  • Best vacation ever!

"This home is amazing. We have used VRBO perhaps twelve or thirteen times over the past four years and this is, by far, the best rental experience we have ever had. Most VRBO rentals are good if they meet the expectations the owners' set in their highly buffed property descriptions. But, this rental far exceed the expectations we had set for us and did so by a gigantic margin. We went with our three adult daughter and one son-in-law. Everybody enjoyed themselves immensely and a big part of this week in Kiawah being such a success was this house. The house is much more spacious than we imagined and the views are incredible. You get wonderful views of the march and pond in one direction and of the ocean in the other. The sunrises you see from the house are gorgeous and the wildlife you see in the marsh and pond area is bountiful. I loved staring out of the back of the house and did so quite a bit each day. Additionally, you have distant views of the famed Ocean Course golf course. This excited our son-in-law to no end as he is a fervent golfer and loved knowing that he was over looking a trophy course where both a Ryder Cup and PGA championship have been played. The house's bedrooms are all large and really comfortably decorated. The downstairs media and living room is a great place to watch movies or sports on what must be an 80 or 90 inch big screen brand new HDTV set. The upstairs living room, family room, dining area and billiards room are all decorated in an elegant yet casual fashion. This made it feel as if we were staying at a very high end fashionable yet very comfortable retreat. There is a great BBQ grill that we used twice during the week. The ocean and beach are only a 150 yds. away and we spent time every day riding our rental bikes on the beach which is hard packed and perfect for riding bikes. In addition, the property manager we dealt with in renting the property was most responsive, helpful and very professional. She was one of the best property managers or owners we have dealt with in our years of VRBO renting. Everyone in our family agreed that the house was wonderful and that when we head back to Kiawah on a family vacation the first place we will look into staying is this house."
