  • Perfect Beach getaway

"This two bedroom villa, steps away from the beach was perfect for our long weekend beach getaway. We traveled with our two sons home from college and enjoyed biking the island, early morning beach walks, and playing frisbee on the beach. We loved the food at Fat Hen and Lokal with beautiful sunsets at Bohicket Marina. The villa is clean, spacious and comfortable. We will definitely be returning to this villa and will recommend this property to friends and family."

  • Screened porch was wonderful place to spend time

"We loved hanging out outside in the porch area. The view was very pretty. My siblings and I all live in different states so Kiawah was the perfect place to catch up. Also, very professional rental company."

  • Everything went very smoothly

"The ocean view from the deck and living room was better than we expected! The bedroom view was the best. The property is closer to the beach than the pictures showed. If you take the elevator down and go out the back, you are only steps away from Boardwalk Number 19 and the nice wide beach. We loved relaxing on the cozy private deck in the evening watching the waves. We even saw three deer cross the path to the ocean as we watched one evening. The condo was comfortable and we enjoyed a wonderful week there! - ANNE C. VIRGINIA *This review can also be seen on the vacation rental company's website."

  • Great location, very good for couple w/o kids

"This villa is very short walk to the beach, and an easy walk to the Night Heron Park's pools. Sanctuary hotel is also in walking distance if you're reasonably fit. Mariners Watch grounds were in landscape renovation, so there was a bit of dirty work going on. There are no "scenic" views from the villa, but you can hear the ocean. The villa was nice but compact, and acceptably clean on arrival. There are 9 steps up to the door. The K-size bed is a little firm. Furnishings are well-used but comfortable. The bathroom is small, just a single bowl sink. The mirror is set too high for a shorter person to be able to use easily. This is the 4th different villa we have rented at Kiawah, and it's the nicest one we've had, well worth the price we paid. Just an editorial comment - the photos included with lodging listings always make a unit look larger than it is. How do they do that?"
