  • Wonderful family getaway!

"What a wonderful week we all had at Kiawah – and the lovely home at 307 Palm Warbler played a significant role in everyone’s enjoyment! The house was warm & inviting, yet spacious enough so everyone had plenty of room and privacy (4 large, attractive bedrooms, each with a bath). We loved the screened porch on the lagoon and golf course, the comfy leather sofas, the big dining room table, the colorful artwork, and much more. The beach wagon was terrific and there were beach chairs & sand toys galore. Leigh’s attention to detail made it all so easy. Everything we could possibly expect in a rental home was supplied - and so much more! It was fun for me to celebrate a "big" birthday with all my family in this charming home. Thank you to Leigh for making everything go so smoothly. All the glowing reviews are 100% accurate! We hope to return and have already recommended the home to friends."

  • Great Home for a Family Get together at the Beach!

"We spent a wonderful week at this lovely home in Kiawah for our 65th birthday celebration with our adult children and grandchildren. There was plenty of room with 5 big bedrooms and baths....plus a roomy great room and large kitchen and eating area. The screened in porch was a great gathering place for cocktails before dinner. The pool was well used by all of us also! We rented bikes and beach carts to help us haul everything down to the beach ....which is about a 10 minute walk or a quick bike ride to the access path. The kitchen is well equipped with many pots and pans and spices. We would have liked a few more kitchen towels though. Also another chair for the dining table would be nice since there were only 7 chairs and we had 8 adults! Someone always had to sit on a barstool. The house is very comfortable with plenty of room for a large group."

  • One of the best properties we've rent on Kiawah

"We have been vacationing on Kiawah for over 15 years and have rented properties through a few different companies. Since 2011 we have rented exclusively with Kiawah By Owner and could not be more pleased with our experiences. Susie is always responsive whether we have questions before our trip or have any issues while there. We’ve rented at least five different properties that KBO manages and have been pleased with each. During our most recent stay we rented 89 Inlet Cove and words cannot adequately describe the view this property offers! It was so relaxing to enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck in the mornings and just stare out at the view. And evening was even better when we took in beautiful sunsets. We saw so much wildlife in and around the river. The house had everything we needed from an adequately stocked kitchen to comfortable bedrooms to reliable wifi. It was great to have access to a community pool for those days we didn’t want to pack up and head to the beach. We will definitely be renting this house again!"

  • Paradise in Kiawah!

"Our family spent a week in Kiawah and can not say enough about this fabulous home! The bedroom layout is excellent for a larger group and the open space is divided into three separate gathering spaces, an upper "family room", a main family room and a garage area that is set up with loads of fun activities for kids of all ages. The family has gone out of their way to provide wagons to load items for the beach and even has a nice selection of beach chairs, an umbrella, and towels for use during your stay. The kitchen is stocked extremely well and we found we lacked for nothing while eating meals at the house. There is even a wine fridge! The views are amazing from any part of the home and we found ourselves enjoying the screened in porch at all hours of the day! Very relaxing to play a game or read a book! Finally, there are numerous activities to keep a family busy on the island of Kiawah and plenty of excellent dining options. The house "manual" which was thoughtfully put together by the owners, thoroughly covered all of our activity options and helped us make decisions on where to eat and how to spend our days. We can't wait to return to Kiawah and book this home again!!! Many thanks!"
