  • Very clean updated villa

"We stayed for 3 nights and were very comfortable. The only inconvenience inside was that outlet in the bathroom didn't work so you couldn't use the hair dryer in front of the mirror. The boardwalk to the beach in front of the villa was closed since the hurricane hit so access to the beach was a little further away. We would definitely stay there again because the positives outweighed the couple of negatives."

  • Beautiful & Convenient Villa

"My husband and I stayed in this beautiful villa for 28 days. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The location is convenient for walking to the Straw Market and the fitness center. The owner pays the fee for Resort Privileges which allowed us to use the fitness center. We were also able to obtain fresh sheets, towels and other amenities by calling housekeeping. The villa is very well equipped with everything we needed. There was a vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies. We needed these items because we stayed here for almost a month. Everything in the unit was in working order. I have rented other villas on Kiawah and that is not always the case. This was the fourth villa we have rented and it was our favorite. It is located on the second floor and is an end unit. It was very quiet and private. The screened porch has a view of trees. We spent a lot of time out there and enjoyed the birds and the four deer who visited frequently. When you stay somewhere for almost a month a good bed is appreciated. The king size bed was very comfortable. It is also a nice looking piece of furniture. The shower was wonderful. The water flow is strong. You could shower in half the time it takes in a low flow shower. Loved it. We enjoyed our stay and have already rented this villa for next year. We love visiting Kiawah Island and going into Charleston. If you are a fan of yoga, I would recommend going to a class at Holy Cow Yoga in the Windermere Plaza in Charleston. Very good instructors. I would recommend this villa to others!"

  • Just right for our little family....

"Our family rented the Summer Duck House for Spring Break this year. We had extended family staying at other parts of the island, but we loved the idea of being so close to Night Heron Park and the beach......turned out to be just perfect for us! The location couldn't be beat, but also the house itself. I loved that we had a stand alone house and didn't have to worry that we were disturbing neighbors each time our kids jumped or hollered in excitement or that our adventures could begin as soon as we walked out the door and down a few steps. The furnishings were perfect. Having full resort privileges made everything so easy. And the price could not be beat for what we got! We are already talking about a return trip!"
