  • Great location for kids

"The cottage was a great location while traveling with two little ones, ages 3 and 1. It allowed for a short walk to the beach and even shorter walk to the family friendly/kid pool/ nature center. In addition there were beach toys and a wagon to lug stuff which was great since we flew and couldn't bring toys. The cottage was clean and well decorated. The negative was the linens. I'm not high end by any means but the sheets were rough and the towels where awful. They left you covered in fluff. Those could and should be improved. Lastly, it wouldn't hurt to have a few beach towels at the property. Otherwise it was a great property and you get the resort privileges which is great. Thank you for sharing your home."

  • So happy we found this rental!

"We were so pleased when we arrived to this rental. The condo was so clean and updated! The whole condo was well equipped with high end appliances and dishes and we all felt so safe in the complex. This was our first time at Kiawah and the owners were so helpful to us and treated us so well. The beach is fantastic and the whole setting is so peaceful and the natural beauty is breath-taking. This is a fantastic rental...two thumbs WAY UP!!!"

  • Thank you for a beautiful vacation for our family.

"We just spent a wonderful week in your beautiful, peaceful, well equipped home on Kiawah. It was so quiet we could only hear the birds in the woods. We saw lots of deer on the property. There were 10 of us, all teens and adults except for our 9 year old grandson. He loved the pool and made it easy to entertain him. We could watch him from inside or from the porch. There was plenty of room for us to gather together or have privacy if needed. We rented bikes for the week, went to the beach, made a trip into Charleston, and found lots of places to eat and shop. We spotted an alligator on the bike trail, but rode around it. Makes for a good story to tell! Although we did not need him, it was good to know there was a local property manager. We would highly recommend this home to others and would definitely stay here again if we return to the area."

  • Great Stay

"My daughter and I stayed on Kiawah Island two years ago and needed a larger place to bring our husbands this time! This villa was the perfect amount of space with a clean and comfortable living room, porch and kitchen with dining. A short and picturesque walk over a bridge with gators below and osprey's nest above takes you to the beautiful beach. Bikes provided by the host make it convenient to get around and are a bonus. We went to Charleston and the Tea Plantation, kayaked and biked, and enjoyed reading quietly together, too. Great stay!"
