  • We loved Vincent & Pearl!!!!

"We just returned from spending a week at Vincent & Pearl and we had a fabulous time! The home is so nicely appointed and decorated in such a fun, cozy, eclectic manner. It is exactly as the pictures appear, but is actually much roomier than the pictures would lead you to believe. We are a family of 4, with twin 18 year olds. The home was great, in that we all had our own room, as well as 2 full bathrooms. The house was immaculate upon arrival with great cottage type bedding and plenty of towels, paper products and pillows. Lynn seems to have thought of everything! Lots of Charleston "things to do" brochures and magazines that were great to gain ideas from. Beach bags/beach chairs and beach umbrellas were available to use, which we made use of many days. The location of the house is perfect for beaches/restaurants/ Shem Creek .The house is only 3 miles from Sullivans Island Beach and just a bit farther from Isle of Palms Beach. Sullivan's Island beach is quieter where as Isle of Palms Beach has a few more restaurants and is a bit lively. We walked from the house to Paige's Okra Grill, which offered wonderful low country food, with very large portions. We were also able to walk to Smoke Barbeque, which was wonderful as well, with a great happy hour and offers live music at the weekend! The house is within walking distance to Shem Creek which has fabulous view and it is fun to watch the shrimping boats come in! Shem Creek also has several dining options as well. Downtown Charleston is a short 10 minute drive. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes/cooking utensils and pots, if you choose to stay in. The gas grill on the patio was great to grill steaks one evening. Shem Creek Fish Market also has daily seafood to purchase, which we did a couple of nights. There is a screened in porch with seating for 8, was nice to sit out there with a glass of wine in the evening. The family room offered a large, flat screen tv and lots of comfortable seating options. The owners have really gone out of there way to make their vacation rental the next best thing to home!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definately plan on making a repeat visit."

  • 939 Lansing Dr - Extended Stay

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed here from January 2 to March 4. It's a quiet neighborhood, very walkable. Very easy to get into Charleston itself as well as the rest of Mt Pleasant. The house is a little dated inside: the kitchen and bathrooms mainly. But lots of room. The finished garage is... different. Otherwise the house is very comfortable. The wifi is fast and the cable selection is good. There were a few roaches, but not a lot. It is the low country so a little is to be expected. I did have to wash all of the silver ware as there were traces of them in the silverware drawer."

  • Staycation while our home was being painted.

"Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Also, the handicap parking was perfect for us because one of us had just had foot surgery; an unexpected plus! A couple of burned out light bulbs but otherwise, thoughtfully stocked. Plenty of corkscrews🙂 Two nice bedrooms and two full baths. Our biggest problem ( personal) was ALL of the seating seemed low. I would not think more than four people would be comfortable but there is plenty of room for a crib. Full sized kitchen and laundry appliances are nice....and the neighbors are awesome."
