"Great house! Nice updates and beautiful kitchen! 3 bedrooms with 2 ‘bonus rooms’ (a frog and a game room). Nice big backyard, perfect for kids and/or yard games. Great location in Mt. Pleasant! We look forward to staying here again!"

  • Lovely stay in a peaceful neighborhood

"If you're looking to be in the heart of Charleston's historic district, this isn't for you. However, if you're looking to enjoy all the Charleston area has to offer while staying close by in a quiet location, this is the spot! This is a charming townhome in a residential area of Mount Pleasant. We stayed over the Christmas break and found it to be ideal for our family's needs. The home is very well kept and inside is immaculate. There are several grocery stores close by and Mount Pleasant has many good restaurants in addition to those in Charleston. The kitchen is fully loaded with utensils, seasonings, dishes, pots, coffee maker etc. Washing machine and dryer are located in the utility room outside. There are a grill and table and chairs on the patio. There's also Wifi and satellite television, though no ESPN so beware sports fans. The owner, Derek, was quick to respond and helpful with all inquiries. A short trip over the Cooper River Bridge and you're in the heart of the Charleston historic district. Another few minutes in the other direction and you're on Sullivan's Island. Shem Creek is minutes away and teeming with great seafood restaurants. For the price and location, you cannot go wrong. I definitely recommend this townhouse! A couple of tips: Publix and Bi-Lo are not far away but my grocery bill was definitely lower at Bi-Lo. Black Fedora Comedy Mystery Theater in Charleston was a fantastic fun find as was the Ghost and Graveyard Tour at Bulldog Tours"

  • Great location for a business trip

"My decision to stay in this home made my business trip to Charleston a wonderful experience. Generally, business trips are tiresome, exhausting affairs. However, the convenient location of this home to downtown Charleston allowed me to relax in comfort knowing I could arrive for all my scheduled meetings in less than 15 minutes. My downtime was spent in this quiet, secluded location with all the conveniences of home. I particularly enjoyed working on my laptop in the beautifully landscaped courtyard (WiFi provided). The master bedroom was very comfortable. The kitchen well appointed. I even found time to grill a few steaks outdoors! Overall, this home was very clean and I will be staying here again on my next business trip to the Charleston area."

  • Comfortable, Quant Apartment on Mt. Pleasant

"My husband and I stayed here for a the week of our honeymoon and it was beautiful. We were able to very easily get to shopping areas in Mt. Pleasant as well as downtown Charleston (both by driving and by taking an Uber which is about 9 dollars to Downtown Charleston). The apartment was clean, the area was safe and quiet, and it was just an all around wonderful stay. Definitely would return to this location."
