  • Second Visit (Wonderful)

"I've had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home twice. My husband and I stayed with our best friends last year, and I just returned from a stay with life-long lady friends. This home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We most enjoyed the screened porch that is just a few yards from the golf course. Very relaxing and it has everything you need. The market and small shops are about 10 minutes away. It's just a short 45 minute ride from Charleston and all there is to see there including the City Market and many great restaurants. We ate, took a fun carriage ride, ate, shopped, ate, and enjoyed catching up on a lifetime of memories! Wonderful stay."

  • Beautiful home for a summer family vacation

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Large lovely beachfront home, with views of the ocean (somewhat distant, but still very nice). The house is beautifully outfitted and furnished, with plenty of room for our extended family to spread out. The kitchen made a great gathering place for communal cooking activities. The path to the beach was very nicely clipped back, which made the walk easier -- and the beach was beautiful, and virtually private; we had plenty of room to ourselves."

  • Perfect home for two families with children! Lots of room, amazing amenities, wildlife galore!

"We decided to rent this home on the marsh with our best friends from college. We visit Seabrook Island or Kiawah at least twice a year. We have 7 children between both families ranging from ages 8 to 15. There was always something to do. Ping pong, a game of pool, soaking in the hot tub, swimming - yes it was warm enough!, kayaking, walking the gorgeous neighborhood and relaxing on the deck looking at the egret who lives in the marsh. We saw deer crossing the marsh, an eagle and some very unique birds. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed many delicious meals around a very large table that fit all 11 of us. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms with more towels than we needed. We had excellent interactions with both the owner and his helpful assistant. We will be renting this house again!"

  • Excellent property, highly recommend

"This property exceeded our expectations. It has a great open layout downstairs with plenty of room for everyone to hang out. All of the bedrooms are spacious, each having an attached bathroom. The house is well maintained and the owner is great to work with. The whole island is quiet and peaceful, but this place is tucked back where all you usually hear are the birds. The beach and pools are a short walk or drive away. We would definitely stay here if we are ever in Seabrook again."
