  • True Charlestown Charm!

"Since I had never been to Charlestown before, I wanted to absorb as much history, art, and architecture as possible… so we truly hit the ground running! We took bus tours, boat tours, walking tours, and even a few tours of our own in this Holy City! Bicycling on Legare Street and down to East Bay Street at night was a highlight along with dinner at Circa 1886, cocktails at the Rooftop, and casual dining at Coast and lunch at the Blind Tiger Pub. Of course a huge part of our experience in Charleston was staying in the heart of the historic district on Buck Street. I loved the French Antiques, comfortable sofa and chairs, and decor of this stately flat. The character of the building itself was fascinating. So yes, I highly recommend staying in this flat especially if you have an eye for discerning taste and an appreciation of authenticity."

  • Beautiful, well-located house with all the amenities

"We enjoyed the house and Seabrook Island tremendously. The house was very well-kept and clean with all the amenities you could need to feel at home. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils you need to prepare and serve meals, the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the renovated bathrooms were beautiful and everyone fought over getting to use the walk-in master shower with multiple shower heads! The bonus room upstairs was the perfect get-away for the kids in the evenings and a fantastic place to kick back and watch our Cleveland Cavaliers win it all! The owners do a great job in making sure every need is covered, from providing the necessities to making sure you have resources to answer any questions you may have during your stay. I highly recommend renting this property!"

  • fun on Kiawah Island

"We stayed for a week in this house. It was spacious, clean and a short bike ride to the beach. The owners make it very easy and convenient at check in and out. The four bedrooms were designed so all the teenagers had their own space. The kitchen was big and great for a large group and the extra refrigerator in the garage was great for the extra beverages needed for the beach. They even had beach chairs for use. We are looking forward to a return visit."

  • Awesome condo, wonderful location

"My family just returned from Folly, and we stayed in this beautiful condo. it was well stocked with beach chairs, kayaks, lots of sand boys, bikes of many sizes. the home is very comfortable. well-stocked kitchen. having a washer and dryer is a plus. close to beach, close to stores, walking distance to many restaurants. we rented the golf cart to help transport beach gear, which was great. definitely recommend this unit, and we will stay again when we visit Folly in the future!! fyi -- this condo complex does have lots of steps, which wasn't a problem for anyone in my family, but definitely something to keep in mind. Thanks so much Lee!!"
