  • Convenient location, clean, updated, and plenty of space.

"We had a wonderful stay here. It was conveniently located close to the beach and night heron pool, just a short bike ride or walk away. There was plenty of space for my family and I. We loved that there were two porches, it was nice having the choice of being in the sun or shade but having the beautiful lagoon view either way. This villa was everything we needed, resort privileges, convenient location, clean, updated and spacious. Another wonderful stay at kiawah, already looking forward to next year."

  • Hated to leave and go back to reality......

"Well I am back at work, it was really tough after spending a week at this beach house...I keep thinking can't wait to go back next August...spent the week with my sister, best friend and her husband...was the best. This house is so nice from the moment you walk in the back door, and look straight at the ocean..oh my, loved every minute of it...this was the second time we had rented this home and will plan on it again next year!!! We actually only left the house one day and that was to go into Charleston for the day, rest of the time was spent enjoying laying on the beach, the deck or just being in the patio listening to the ocean....wonderful!!!!!"

  • Perfect for our annual getaway

"This townhome was perfect for our annual family trip to the Charleston area. The property was beautifully maintained. The kitchen served our needs well - it's not large, but then again, I'm not cooking thanksgiving dinner! One bedroom downstairs - perfect for Grandma. Two upstairs. Three bathrooms so almost no waiting to rinse off after a day at the beach. A/C was working beautifully, which was great as the heat index that week was well over 100. Location couldn't be better. The complex is right in the middle of Mt Pleasant and 20 minutes to the beach, or downtown Charleston. Multiple grocery stores, restaurants and things to do with the kids all within minutes. If you're looking for a base for your family's vacation, this is the one."

  • Great Stay

"My daughter and I stayed on Kiawah Island two years ago and needed a larger place to bring our husbands this time! This villa was the perfect amount of space with a clean and comfortable living room, porch and kitchen with dining. A short and picturesque walk over a bridge with gators below and osprey's nest above takes you to the beautiful beach. Bikes provided by the host make it convenient to get around and are a bonus. We went to Charleston and the Tea Plantation, kayaked and biked, and enjoyed reading quietly together, too. Great stay!"
