"My boyfriend and I had a good time here. We really enjoyed the beach, as it was kind of a crossover between inlet and beach and not your normal tourist beach. The condo itself provided everything we needed and was nicely furnished. The area was pretty quiet and laid back. The only complaint we had was that even though we tried multiple times, the hot tub on the property was never hot, even after turning it on. That should not reflect on the owners, but it would be nice if the spa were to take care of that."

"As suggested, in the title, don't expect a traditional five-star property. But that's not what it's meant to be. What it is, is a comfortable, relaxed property in the loveliest of settings. And, speaking of settings, watching sunrise from our oceanfront balcony...and eating dinner while watching day turn into night, while being caressed by gentle ocean breezes, was shear perfection. Our villa was fully equipped, clean, quiet -- except for the refrigerator, which tended to say "hello," every once in a while. And we preferred bottled water. But, these things don't even detract one star's worth. Our view of the ever changing skies above the water and walking on a sandy, un-crowded beach right outside our door more than made up for those things. Would I recommend this villa to a friend? Without hesitation."

"This condo is located in a peaceful and scenic area of Hilton Head Island. It's on Port Royal Sound so the waves are gentle and the water is warm. It's amazing how far you can walk out during low tide. The condo is in a great location in the condo complex. We loved the sunroom because it overlooked the pool and the ocean. Just steps to the beach and picnic area. Don't bother bringing beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, floaties, etc. They're all provided. The kitchen was well stocked. The grills need charcoal and are in the picnic area. Bedroom and living area have plenty of room. All in all a great condo. Barbera was a pleasure to work with. We enjoyed our stay here."
