  • Gorgeous view - adorable apartment

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Cutter Court. What a lovely view of the harbor. It is right in the middle of the “action” yet quiet at night. Very clean apartment and a comfortable bed. Updated, nice shower. Stephanie is an excellent communicator and was very prompt in answering any questions we had. Don’t miss Stephanie’s recommendations for restaurants on her app – we tried two and loved both of them. A few items to watch out for: Don’t close the sliding door to the balcony completely or you might get locked out. Internet connection available, but not a secure line. Three TV remotes a bit hard to figure out. If it appears things aren’t working, check the “input” button on the TV remote to put it on the cable setting. Changing channels with the wrong remote changes it to “TV” not the cable setting. I definitely do recommend this lovely property and would definitely stay there again. Stephanie is an excellent property manager."

  • Vacation Bliss!

"This property has beautiful decor, brand new from floor to countertops and appliances appliances. The view of Braddock Cove is so serene and the building itself is very quiet. Walk to beach access in minutes, to the still waters of the sound. See dolphins and hermit crabs, and catch crabs in a net for fun. The tide can bring in a lot of reeds, making the beach difficult to find space on, but we were there following two storms. I've never had that problem on that beach before, but we just raked the reeds away with no problem. The Salty Dog complex is steps away, with many restaurants to choose from as well as some higher end shopping and the famous t shirt stores. There's a small convenience store with some basic necessities. The pizza is good, as well as food from the grill. All around relaxing vacation!"

  • Great get away!

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo, located in beautiful Sea Pines Plantation. The condo was well-equipped with kitchen supplies. It's decorated nicely. There's a peaceful sun room located off the den, which was perfect for a relaxing morning coffee. We were about an eight minute walk from the beach and newly renovated Beach Club. I highly recommend a visit to this impressive place. During our stay, we went horseback riding at Lawson Stables, located in Sea Pines about two miles from the condo. We also rented bikes and rode several of the adventurous bike paths Hilton Head has to offer. We also enjoyed daily walks on the beach. There are many great restaurants within a 15-minute drive from the condo. We enjoyed lunch at the Quarterdeck, outside, overlooking Harbour Town. I'd also recommend dinner at the Links Grill, which is located in the brand new Harbour Town Links clubhouse. This condo was perfect for our December get away! We were fortunate to have good weather, with temps around 70. There's plenty to do and see...and this condo is convenient to it all."

  • Heritage 2016

"What an awesome time we had. The Condo had all the elements of home and was only a short walk to everywhere-the golf course, the pool, the harbour, breakfast and dinner. The property was very inviting and we felt like we were home when we walked in the door. It's so nice being able to go out for walks knowing you're only a short distance back to Condo. We parked our car Thursday evening and never used it again until Monday morning. My wife and I will definitely be back soon. The owner was super easy to work with and was very accessible anytime I had a question pre-trip. Anyone that visits soon must eat breakfast at the Harbour Town Bakery (very short walk from condo) and eat dinner at CQ's ( right beside bakery). Both places are very quaint and serve delicious food. This trip was definitely a 10 out of 10 for us. Looking forward to next time!!"
