  • Easily accommodates ten people. Two large common areas with reasonably sized kitchen.

"Repairs were being done on pool gutters painting. Seemed well maintained but property was a little dated. Walking from ocean into pool was wonderful.would rent this property again"

  • Hilton Head Sea Pines Experience

"This was my first trip to Hilton Head and all friends and family who have been there informed my wife and I that we must stay in Sea Pines. Searched around and found 4 South Beach Lane available and a perfect choice. We had 6 adults and 6 children from 8 to 16 and had a great time at the Residence and convenient bike rides to Salty Dog area along with a little longer bike ride to Harbor town. The pool was a great place to spend the evening after a full day at the beach. The water was actually cooler than the Ocean so was a nice refreshing swim. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes and most importantly to us did not have to cross major road to get to the beach and the walkway to the beach was paved so easy to pull the beach buggy down to the beach. The house also has a gas grill and cooked out most nights for a nice meal. We did not cook any fish on the grill :) but a short walk or bike ride to Sprunt Pond and other area ponds to fish close by. Being my first trip to Hilton Head had no idea how secluded all the houses are. Granted we could see the next door house but all the trees and shrubs around the house made for nice secluded experience that I am sure you will enjoy as well."

  • First Dual-Family Stay at 5 Beachside Drive

"We just completed our first stay at Sea Pines after being loyal Hilton Head vacationers for years. The layout of 5 Beachside was ideal for two families (each with two adults and two young children). The photos don't do justice to the living space, which is perfect for spreading out and enjoying downtime. We utilized the Carolina Room as a play area and the screened porch as a yoga/workout area and adults' retreat after the kids' bedtime. The kitchen was well stocked and dining table was spacious enough for all 8 of our guests. A small pool is a stone's throw from the front door and the Salty Dog Cafe and boardwalk are directly across the street. Harbourtown is a quick drive as well. Concerns: - Cleanliness: Mold in downstairs master bath; floors throughout the home need a thorough cleaning, especially since the unit is marketed to large parties which likely include children. - Wifi and cable service went out completely Fri-Sat (not reported since it was so late in our stay) - Use garbage disposal sparingly--we had to request a service call (though tech did fix the issue quickly) - Small refrigerator, especially for large parties who intend to cook meals in the unit - Though the home has ocean views, proximity to the beach is deceiving. Sand dunes make the walk to the beach difficult with children and beach gear. - Cosmetic: Decor appears cheap, worn and outdated (stains on furniture, knobs missing on dressers, etc.). Owners have obviously invested in the addition of new living space; however, our party was disappointed in the lack of attention paid to furnishings."
