  • Wonderful Family Vacation

"We loved 106 Beachwalk!! I'm a single Mom and me and my four year old son vacationed there in July. It was perfect for us. The unit is a very large one bedroom and it had everything we could need. It was nicely decorated and had a very homey feel. Beachwalk is the closest development to the beach and this unit was in the front so it made it even closer. My son and I walked to the beach everyday and on the days we didn't want to walk there is a shuttle that picks you up in front of the development and drops you off at the beach. It's also super close to the pool. There are miles of bike trails in Shipyard so my son and I were able to bike at night. There is also lots of wildlife around. We saw turtles, alligators, birds of all kind, and lots of fish. It was the perfect family vacation. Mark was great and was quick to respond to any questions I had both before and during the vacation. I would definitely recommend staying here. We loved the place and were so sad to leave. I know we will definitely be staying here again next year!!!"

  • Excellent location, very nicely decorated

"My family recently stayed here for our first trip to Hilton Head, and this was an ideal place to stay. Access to the beach couldn't have been much closer, and the same goes for the pool as well. The villa itself was very tastefully decorated throughout and had a very pleasant, ocean side feel to it. The owners were also very responsive to any questions I had leading up to our stay. This was a great choice for our family of four."

  • Family & Friends winter golf get away

"Very well done, well decorated unit, love all the crown molding and wains coating, made us feel like home. For the most part this unit is nicely appointed with only a few exceptions. We suggest the owner or managers take some inventory, the unit is in need of silverware and plates, we found it difficult to have more than 3 complete place settings. If we wanted to entertain, which we often did, and had more than 3, which we also did, we ended up mix and matching plates and silverware. My only other suggestion would be a replacement for the living room couch, I believe it has seen better days. We did our best to use throws to cover the worn out upholstery. These are small suggestions and should not be taken in any way to discourage anyone from enjoying a stay, we certainly did. We also feel it is important to inform owners that might not always be aware of some small items like this, how else would they find out."

  • Perfect Hilton Head Island spot for families, convenient to everything!

"Thanks Jan and Ken! The villa is as described and more! The unit is wonderfully located in Shipyard Plantation, near the center of HHI and close to everything. The updated kitchen and baths are beautifully done and the living room and dining area were plenty spacious for watching TV/movies and family game night. It was great to wake up each morning, put on a pot of coffee and enjoy the back deck overlooking the golf course. The washer and dryer in the unit were also super helpful. The beach is an easy 10-15 minute walk along a paved path (do bring a flashlight or a charged phone with a light if you walk back after sunset). Parking is provided at the Shipyard Beach Club if you have too many supplies to carry, which we did one day. The beach club also has restrooms, a snack shack, and showers. When we were not at the beach, the kids enjoyed going to the pool. I played two of the local golf courses, including Shipyard which was a great value in the afternoon. There are plenty of local restaurants nearby and it's an easy drive to Sea Pines/Harbour Town (the food at the Sea Shack and the Salty Dog really are that good). If you plan a boat cruise, check out Island Explorer. We had a terrific 2 hour cruise through Broad Creek, Calibogue Shoal, and Harbour Town. Jan is very responsive and helped make our vacation easy and relaxing."
