  • Beautiful, comfortable villa! Perfect location!

"We've been going to Hilton Head for years and years and this is one of the nicest villas we've stayed in. My biggest pet peeve is always an uncomfortable mattress. This villa did not disappoint! Both king bed and twin beds (I slept in both), were new and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Loved having the keurig, as my husband and I prefer different coffee flavors! Living room funiture was like new and very comfortable. Beach toys, chairs, were a huge bonus! Location of the villa was great! Close to the beach and pool was off the back deck and directly across the street. My daughter unfortunately got stung by a couple bees that had made a nest on the back deck. My husband called the home owner directly and she was very concerned and responsive. Pest control was there first thing Monday morning and took care of the problem. I definitely will be returning to hilton head and would love to rent this villa again! Thank you!"

  • The perfect home away from home!

"Our family had a perfect vacation at 108 Beachwalk. Barbara was great to communicate with leading up to and during our vacation. The condo is perfectly equipped with anything and everything that you would need on vacation. The location is literally right across the street from the beach and after three years of vacationing in Hilton head her condo wins hands-down with amenities and location. The Sonesta resort is also right across the street and we were able to enjoy some of the amenities there also. When you vacation you want the place to be as nice or nicer than your home and I can say she has accomplished this nicely not to mention how clean it was and I am particular about that. The beds were so comfortable and the decor was so inviting!! Our fur children loved their stay too! I can't say enough nice things about our stay but hope to book it again soon. Thank you for a awesome week in Hilton Head!!!"

  • Perfect location! Plenty of room!

"This is our 3rd time staying in the Beachwalk community so we knew what we wanted and found it at 194 Beachwalk. This condo is perfect for families, a girlfriend getaway or even a couple who would just like some extra room to spread out. The kitchen is fully stocked. I admit, we ate out every night but we did have breakfast every morning in the condo. There is a kitchen table that seats 6 and it is bright since it has skylights! There is also a separate dining room. The living room leads to the rear deck. It is spacious and has a fireplace. There are 2 and a half bathrooms which are perfect for when you're returning from the beach and everyone needs to shower before dinner!!! The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a beach locker that has beach chairs and PLENTY of sand toys for kids. My son enjoyed those beach toys so much!!! The condo is a simple 5 minute walk to the beach. This is why we chose to stay here ... Why drive to the beach?? The community is beautiful and we love the paths throughout for our morning runs. The paths are mostly shady (yay!!) which is perfect for those hot runs! Would definitely recommend and would absolutely return."

  • Wonderful Time

"We have stayed at Colonnade Club often, but this was our first time in this villa. The updated decor was wonderful, even down to the person touches of family painted art. Plus, the view is one of the best at this Club, overlooking the pond between the 2 buildings and overlooking the 6th tee of Galleon. You can watch the golfer hit their ball in the water and then lean over the edge, wondering if they should try to fish their ball out, unaware of the lurking alligator (which you can see from the balcony). The owner was wonderful to work with; no problems at all and is very approachable. The pool and the poolside area is adequate and very clean. Having the beach locker was great. Colonnade Club is off the beating path, so it is a quiet retreat, yet it is a very short distance to all the activities of Coligny, Shelter Cove and others on HHI. If you like blues/soul/jazz and southern cuisine, check out Ruby Lee's. It is a wonderful place to have a good time and a good meal."
