  • Wonderful Vacation

"Our family loved our vacation here. The condo is spacious and very functional. It is close to the pool and a short walk/bike ride to the beach. The beach locker is a definite plus. Kelly was very flexible and responsive to our questions. Shipyard is a convenient location, and I would highly recommend this condo. We can't wait to return!"

  • Perfect Vacation Stay!

"We stayed 8 nights at this villa, it was perfect in every way. It is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, close to the beach, and has a great view of the golf course green. The keyless entry was great, the owner has been wonderful to work with, quick responses on any questions we had. The unit is very quite, even though we have neighbors on both sides we don't hear them. The owner has supplied a good selection of books, dvd's and puzzles if the weather is uncooperative. We will book again for next years vacation."

  • Great rental

"Awesome condo to stay in at Shipyard. My husband, myself and 2 small dogs really enjoyed the comforts of the place. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, very comfortable and nice furnishings, close walk to the beach. The condo was very clean and check was easy. I would recommend and stay here again."

  • Wonderful!

"My husband and I traveled to Hilton Head Island at the end of July 2016. We had a glorious time, helped, not in a small part, by the lovely, peaceful villa at Evian. The villa is fully kitted with everything you may need for your stay. We ate out most of the time and did not use the kitchen for more than snacks and drinks, but it was fully functional with full sized appliances, silverware, crockery, pots and pans. The villa is a great size, and with the balcony overlooking the golf course and a lagoon, there is ample room for everyone without feeling crowded. (Although, as I said it was just hubby and I staying there). Although the villa is part of a building with a few other villas, this one being on the second floor, we heard nothing from our fellow travelers. The area itself is incredibly peaceful with bike/walking paths throughout. There is a pool well within walking distance, with a lagoon close by, too. There are three 9 hole golf courses in the Shipyard plantation with the '19th hole' being just a 2 minute drive away. Hilton Head Island itself is truly beautiful, with lots to do for young people, but do not expect fairgrounds and water parks here - it is kept with nature very much in the forefront. The beaches are second to none! I feel I must mention the beach access here, although it really has nothing to do with the villa or its owners. The beach access for the plantation is fairly close by - a drive if you need to carry items to the beach. But parking requires a pass and it is quite expensive for the week. This is the only reason I did not give 5 stars. There are other public accesses to beaches quite close by (just a few minutes drive off plantation) with metered parking. The owners were very easy to reach and communicate with. Would certainly recommend this villa and would really enjoy staying here again!"
