  • Gorgeous Getaway

"Villa was breathtaking, everything one could possibly require. The interior decorating was beautiful, the beds perfect sleeping. The kitchen was the key for us, anything one needed to cook that perfect meal, with your choice of places to sit and enjoy a meal. Wifi worked great. Laundry outside the bedrooms, made for the timely chore! Shirley was a delight to work with, she made sure we had nothing we lacked, I've worked with many property managers over 30 years and she is top notch in my book. The dogs had a wonderful stay as well. I would recommend this villa to anyone, with a repeat in our future. The walk perfect to the beach. With super access to any form of activity. Nice secure location."

  • Great floorplan in a wonderful area!

"We absolutely loved the villa. It had a great floorplan with all 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms very separate from one another, so there was plenty of privacy. The decor was very fun, the villa was very clean, the kitchen was a perfect size, and we loved the patio and balcony spaces. There were plenty of pillows, but not extra pillow cases. Also, there were a couple of inflatable mattresses, which worked out great for our 13 and 14 year old nephew and niece who wanted to hang out in the same bedroom but not sleep in the same bed. However, there weren't any extra sheets. There were PLENTY of towels, wash cloths, bath mats, etc. The kitchen had all the things we needed from glasses to silverware and even a really cute table cloth. There were bikes to use and a parking pass for the private beach, which was great! Personally, I LOVED the pool. It was quite large, so even if there were a lot of people hanging out, there was plenty of room to spread out. We did have 2 issues that were pretty frustrating: The trash was overflowing when we got there, and with the hot weather, it was really stinky. It wouldn't have been that bad, because we wouldn't have used it as a patio area, but in the middle of the night, the raccoons would come and get into the trash. So they made a racket and woke up the people in the bedroom next to that patio, and then each morning, we had to go outside and clean up their mess. We also had a really bad bug situation. According to the owners, this has been resolved. While we were there, though, we had to spray for bugs every night, and we killed dozens of roaches every night. The place was immaculately clean, and we kept it that way, but the bugs were just out of control. I contacted the owners several times while we were there to try to get these two situations resolved. They were very nice and very apologetic, but there wasn't anything done to resolve the issues during our stay. They offered to reimburse us for part of what we paid, but I have no idea how much that will be. I've followed up with them a number of times, and they assured me the check was in the mail, so I'm trusting that it is. I've had a VRBO home myself, so I understand that there are some issues that are tougher to handle remotely. If those 2 issues hadn't happened, I would rate this villa 5 stars and then some! I'm hoping the owners are following through with fixing those, I'll get a token reimbursement, and all's well that ends well!"

  • Wonderful 2 weeks in Brigantine - Highly recommend!

"Our return visit to Brigantine was as we expected. Wonderful! The unit is peaceful, well equipped. Close to the pools, tennis courts and for us most importantly is the beach access gate. We love walking down to the beach or walking along Lagoon Rd or North Forest Beach to the shops at Coligny. It is a luxury to have the beach, restaurants and shops a short distance from the unit.( less than a mile) While the weather was cooler than expected it was lovely to relax on the deck in the afternoons Lots of sunshine and relaxation. I may have fallen asleep a few times :) Owner R. Bell is quick to respond to any questions and is very welcoming. Check in with Island Management is quick and efficient. Looking forward to our next visit"
