  • Beachwalk #152 - A Resort Within the Resort !!

"Tom & Deb, Thanks for letting us rent your Villa in Beachwalk. We did extensive research before choosing your Villa. We are so pleased to say that everything you represented in your listing on VRBO is spot on. Your place is beautiful !! We had every amenity in the kitchen as if we were at home. The whole Villa had that beachy theme throughout. It was a resort within the resort. The pool location behind your Villa was perfect for our kids and the Beach was a short walk. Thanks again for letting us rent your Villa and I will get back with you over the weekend to discuss next summer !! CMZ"

  • Great condo.

"My family and I have been coming to Hilton Head for the last 11 years. Usually there a bigger group of us and we usually do a house with a pool in North Forest beach. But this year we decided there was only going to be 6 of us so we decided to look for a smaller place. This place fit our needs. The place was big enough for us all without falling over each other. Each couple had their own bathroom upstairs. The place was clean and updated kitchen. The owner even left a bottle of wine for us. My grandson loved the lagoon behind us and watching the turtles . The owner could not have been better with helping us with stuff. Loved using the wagon to get the beach stuff back and forth. Was nice of the owner to provide beach towels for us and a few chairs. My daughters and I enjoyed walking around Shipyard and riding bikes. The men played golf a couple of times in Shipyard.Golf price wasn't that bad, the men said. Also they went to the beach and did some fishing. We only did the pool once and it was nice too. Never have stayed in Shipyard before but will again. Will recommend this place to my friends."

  • Perfect location! Plenty of room!

"This is our 3rd time staying in the Beachwalk community so we knew what we wanted and found it at 194 Beachwalk. This condo is perfect for families, a girlfriend getaway or even a couple who would just like some extra room to spread out. The kitchen is fully stocked. I admit, we ate out every night but we did have breakfast every morning in the condo. There is a kitchen table that seats 6 and it is bright since it has skylights! There is also a separate dining room. The living room leads to the rear deck. It is spacious and has a fireplace. There are 2 and a half bathrooms which are perfect for when you're returning from the beach and everyone needs to shower before dinner!!! The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a beach locker that has beach chairs and PLENTY of sand toys for kids. My son enjoyed those beach toys so much!!! The condo is a simple 5 minute walk to the beach. This is why we chose to stay here ... Why drive to the beach?? The community is beautiful and we love the paths throughout for our morning runs. The paths are mostly shady (yay!!) which is perfect for those hot runs! Would definitely recommend and would absolutely return."

  • Wonderful!

"My husband and I traveled to Hilton Head Island at the end of July 2016. We had a glorious time, helped, not in a small part, by the lovely, peaceful villa at Evian. The villa is fully kitted with everything you may need for your stay. We ate out most of the time and did not use the kitchen for more than snacks and drinks, but it was fully functional with full sized appliances, silverware, crockery, pots and pans. The villa is a great size, and with the balcony overlooking the golf course and a lagoon, there is ample room for everyone without feeling crowded. (Although, as I said it was just hubby and I staying there). Although the villa is part of a building with a few other villas, this one being on the second floor, we heard nothing from our fellow travelers. The area itself is incredibly peaceful with bike/walking paths throughout. There is a pool well within walking distance, with a lagoon close by, too. There are three 9 hole golf courses in the Shipyard plantation with the '19th hole' being just a 2 minute drive away. Hilton Head Island itself is truly beautiful, with lots to do for young people, but do not expect fairgrounds and water parks here - it is kept with nature very much in the forefront. The beaches are second to none! I feel I must mention the beach access here, although it really has nothing to do with the villa or its owners. The beach access for the plantation is fairly close by - a drive if you need to carry items to the beach. But parking requires a pass and it is quite expensive for the week. This is the only reason I did not give 5 stars. There are other public accesses to beaches quite close by (just a few minutes drive off plantation) with metered parking. The owners were very easy to reach and communicate with. Would certainly recommend this villa and would really enjoy staying here again!"
