  • Beautiful and quiet!

"This condo is in the very quaint "French" inspired architecture development of Evian. My preferred location due to the charm, beautiful flower gardens, close location to the beach and great restaurants. This place had high end finishes, like a new kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a LARGE, beautiful tile shower in the master bedroom. These finishes set this condo apart from most, and were top of the line. The interior decorations were tasteful, with plenty of room for two couples. The ground floor location is great if you do not like stairs, the back patio view bucolic, and covered for evening cocktails. A tip for travelers; bring your own pillows and extra blanket(s) if you are cold natured or are particular about your bedding. We would highly recommend this beautiful place!"

  • Wonderful Time

"We have stayed at Colonnade Club often, but this was our first time in this villa. The updated decor was wonderful, even down to the person touches of family painted art. Plus, the view is one of the best at this Club, overlooking the pond between the 2 buildings and overlooking the 6th tee of Galleon. You can watch the golfer hit their ball in the water and then lean over the edge, wondering if they should try to fish their ball out, unaware of the lurking alligator (which you can see from the balcony). The owner was wonderful to work with; no problems at all and is very approachable. The pool and the poolside area is adequate and very clean. Having the beach locker was great. Colonnade Club is off the beating path, so it is a quiet retreat, yet it is a very short distance to all the activities of Coligny, Shelter Cove and others on HHI. If you like blues/soul/jazz and southern cuisine, check out Ruby Lee's. It is a wonderful place to have a good time and a good meal."

  • Weeks Family Vacation 2017

"The house was great. The bedroom with two twin beds probably could use new frames and mattresses. Other than that, we throughly enjoyed our stay here. Just wish it was within walking distance to beach!"

  • Good location, nice amenities.

"The unit was a little more run down than some others in the complex, but very functional and the beach supplies (umbrella, chairs, caddy) was a nice bonus. We enjoyed the pool and reasonable walk to the beach. Could use more large pots and pans in the kitchen!"
