  • Clean unit in great location

"We enjoyed our stay at Forest Beach Villas unit 311. Very clean and close to everything. The only suggestions I would make would be to include a hair dryer, a couple beach towels and beach chairs for guest use. If you are planning to cook meals in, the only staples provided are salt & pepper. We had a great time and look forward to a return trip."

  • What an absolutely amazing place!

"The whole experience for this trip was amazing. The communication with Van and his thoroughness for everything such as tv remotes, access codes, etc was just way passed above and beyond. He was incredible with making sure we had everything we needed. The penthouse was incredible!! It was so clean and homely we had a very hard time leaving. The location was the best you could've asked for. It was within walking distance from the shops, bars, and beach. I cannot express how great our stay was. We have definitely made this our first choice stay for anytime we travel to Hilton Head. Thank you Van for everything!"

  • Very good condo quite location, very close to the beach shops (a short 3-4 min walk)

"We travelled as a family (two adults and two kids 12, 14). This was out first trip to HH and we thoroughly enjoyed it despite having some cold weather. The condo unit is the top floor (4) at the end of the building so no neighbors above or to one side, a great quite location. The unit is as advertised, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is small but completely functional and is equipped with everything you could possibly need including good quality pots and pans and countless small appliances to make meals easy. We used the Ninja blender to great smoothies. Rent bikes while your there, everything thing we did was by bicycle and it was great! The riding is very easy and great for the whole family young and old. We used forest beach surf and bike as was recommended by the oweners and it was a reasonable price ($95/ the week for four of us). The property manager Steve, was very helpful and responsive, we had a small problem with the front door mechanism that Steve had taken care of straight away and followed up with us when it was fixed. The only item I can be critical of is the hot water. This building uses a main domestic hot water boiler to serve the building, being on the top floor at the furtherst point from the boiler room means that you wait a long long time for hot water particularly in the morning before the system is being used by all tennant's. Once the shower is hot it can be inconsistent in temperature. Afternoon and evening showers seemed much better than earlier in the day. The building has two elevators and multiple hotel style luggage dollies making the move in/out process very simple. Over all we really enjoyed the place."
