  • LOVE THIS RENTAL HOME

"We have traveled quite a bit, and all I can say is this rental was one of the best. The owner goes out of their way to make sure you have all, and I mean all amenities you would ever need, to make sure your stay is perfect. Unfortunately we were forced to evacuate due to pending Hurricane and missed out last few days, but I would refer this rental to my family, friends or anyone who is wanting a place to stay that is better then your own home."

  • Summer Family Vacation 2016

"We visited with 2 adult and 4 children. I am originally from the Island and this place was great. Fully stocked. We cooked full meals everyday we were there. The beds were comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. The beach cart was a life saver. Everything was easily done and well laid out. We will be staying again in the future."

  • Great value for our family stay at the beach

"The villa was just as we expected based on the photos provided. The location and proximity to the beach were excellent. Nice pool just down the stairs was very convenient. It's a strain to see the ocean from the balcony, so don't hope for coffee with a beach view. My only complaint was the floors were not very clean on arrival. We have a crawler so I had to sweep before I was comfortable. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay. My husband, our 1 year old daughter, and I found this to be a great spot where we could put her down for a nap in the bedroom and still relax in the living space. Great vacation!"

  • Nice place to stay. Not a mansion, but lovely.

"Owner could not have been nicer and more helpful. The unit was clean and the kitchen well stocked with spices, powder creamer, sweetener and even margarita salt. I am sure most of this has been left by other visitors, but still very helpful. Plenty of plates, flatware and glasses. The kitchen is a little smaller, but more than enough room to prepare a meal. There were several trash bags, cleaning supplies and linens are included! :)... on a side note: GREAT soft toilet tissue. What brand do you buy?! There is a Keurig and a regular coffee pot (filters were here). I don't drink coffee, but thought others would like to know. We didn't use the bikes, but saw them there and they were in good shape. We sat out on the balcony a little and enjoyed, what would be a lovely view with the trees in full foliage. The beds were comfortable and the living room had ample room for a family to gather to watch the BIG television. I gave it 5 stars, but my husband would have said 4 because of the amount of stairs. From the parking lot (if you don't use the elevator) it's 45 stairs to get to the living area of the unit and another flight to get to the 3rd floor master suite which has a great view of the tree tops. The master bathroom has great water pressure! All the appliances were in good working order. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor for kids. A deadbolt up high on the inside would prevent a younger one from opening the exterior door during the night, however, if you have randy teens you never know... LOL One night the neighbor had a Christmas party and it was great!! We spoke to other residents and they were very friendly. We are here in off season and do not golf but still found things to see and do. The kids enjoyed the TV's in their bedrooms. :) All in all I would recommend this unit (the stairs did not bother me). Hint: When you first arrive with groceries find the beach wagon and fill it with your food, use the elevator to get the groceries to the unit level... save some steps especially with cases of water or whatever."
