  • Exceeded Expectations

"Mr. and Mrs. Bunch were wonderful hosts. The house and grounds were clean and in excellent condition. We enjoyed the spaciousness and serenity of that little corner of paradise. Our stay was shortly after the epic floods earlier in October. As the lake was still high and low lying areas still had standing water, I fully expected to battle monstrous mosquitos all week. On the first day there, I noticed someone on a golf cart with a large chemical sprayer in-tow riding around the yard. It was Mr. Bunch himself! He sprayed the entire property and some of the surrounding area with an insecticide that really worked! On the weekend, we lit the gas grill for a cookout but ran out of propane as the grill was heating up. I called Mrs. Bunch, and in less than 5 minutes, the propane tank was replaced. Awesome! I think Betty and Billy Bunch deserve a vacation!"

  • Great place for a quiet getaway.

"Nothing but good things to say about this property. The house was clean, and had a great screened in back porch with an open deck attached. Very quiet location and great view of the water. Fishing was good off of the pier. Tackle shop was only 5 minutes away and had most necessities you may need. Also had a restaurant close by. Would recommend this if you want to get away and have a quiet getaway/"

  • Perfect property!

"We had an amazing stay in Aiken! The apartment was the perfect location within a few minutes walk to the beautiful downtown! Our needs were easily met by the apartment itself. The furnishings were comfortable and homey! Would recommend to anyone looking for a home base!"

  • Private, Peaceful Location

"Our family spent 5 wonderful days at the Lake Trenton cabin. It had everything we needed. The house and grounds were immaculate. The best part was the beautiful spot on the lake. The great covered back porch had plenty of seating for daydreaming and eating. Plus the view was picture perfect. We didn't mind the short drive to the grocery in Edgefield but then we love the countryside and exploring. Our GPS took us right to the shopping in both Aiken and Edgefield. We even ventured over to the Big Mo Drive In with our grand kids. They had never been to a drive in nor had their parents. A down home American treat with a 4th of July parade for the kids to boot. The weather was very hot but not an issue as we spent so much time jumping off the dock swimming. The small boat provided hours of fishing. My 8 year old grandson learned to row a boat. Two deer visited us early each morning in the beautiful back yard which slopes down to the lake and dock area. I made this reservation at the last minute and Debbie who manages the property was so nice, helpful and efficient with all the details. We enjoyed the place and needed the peacefulness and solitude the cabin provided. Thanks!"
