  • Sunsuites Thanksgiving 2016

"Very nice inside the suite.......not so nice outside. Seemed rundown, but could have been due to Hurricane Matthew."

  • Beautifully Decorated & Awesome Location

"The owner was very accommodating. The location was steps from the beach club and the boardwalk to the beach. It was obvious they recently renovated the condo and did an awesome job. Highly recommended!"

  • Great family vacation

"Had an amazing stay here. Owner was great to work with. Pricing was the best I found on VRBO. Fit well for our family of 3, including a 5 year old. Very clean unit, clean linens and Murphy bed was comfortable. Shower was always hot and good water pressure which is always a selling point when you come in from the beach! Beach was very short walk and extremely convenient. Be careful driving, especially around sunset because there are deer everywhere! Internet is a little slow to load and is an additional fee (5.95 a day or 20.95 a week, which was pretty resonable). There is DISH TV, no DVD player, but if you bring a firestick, chromecast or ROKU, the TV has the right inputs to plug in and cast to the TV. Hunting Island was cool to check out also and is right next to Fripp. There is a lighthouse you can climb up on Hunting Island at one pull off and a pier and small nature center at the other. We were rained out one day and took a trip to Bluffton to catch a movie and bowl/arcade at Station 300 (staying in with a five year old would not have been good). Beaufort was also a really cool town to checkout and has a neat playground on the waterfront if you have kids. We are from SC upstate area and had no clue how beautiful it was on the coast! This was an amazing, low key and relaxing vacation."

  • quick get away!!

"My husband and I needed a quick getaway and since we go to Fripp every year with the family we decided to go alone. This small one bedroom was just the right size for us. We cooked no meals but loved having the microwave and refrigerator. The kitchen needed a few more supplies,( wine opener) but was ok. The unit was very clean but old and dated . It had a set of bump beds ,but I couldn't see more people in this unit. The location was great so we really didn't need a golf cart. I would come back for a few more days."
