"My wife and I stayed here during Thanksgiving, 2016. We had never experienced a one-room-open-plan before but were very pleased with this guest house. In my opinion the room was large enough for us with everything conveniently located without feeling cramped. We enjoyed the coziness and simplicity of it all. Everything was very clean and tastefully decorated with a nautical theme. The view (either from inside looking out through the windows or sitting on the deck) was fantastic.
We were fortunate to meet the gracious owners, Joan and Terry, and they were very friendly, accommodating, attentive and courteous. Even though they were obviously busy with family celebrating Thanksgiving, they took the time to make sure all our needs were met.
This guest house is only attached to the main house by a breezeway which lends itself to a quiet and private setting. The only windows you have in the guest house lookout over the deck and the marsh with beautiful sunsets in the evenings. For our stay, we couldn't have asked for anything more."
