  • Summer Blast!

"This was our third family vacation staying at Shorewood Villas, but our first time in villa 220. This unit did not disappoint!! Clean, nicely decorated, and very well appointed. The kitchen is so well stocked that you almost have no room for your boxed food. Beds were great and even the pullout sofa was comfortable. I read some reviews about the unit not being clean, but that was not the case. My family would stay in this unit again in a heartbeat!"

  • The perfect beach rental!

"This beach house is amazing! It has the best of everything in a beautiful setting at a reasonable cost. The house itself has a lot of living space. Even with two families and several kids, we were never tripping over each other. The bedrooms are nicely appointed and the kitchen was well stocked. But the best part of this house are the porches. The porches on both the main level and 2nd level are the highlight of this home! They overlook the marsh, which is just lovely at all times of the day. We sat out there in the morning with our coffee, in the afternoon with a book, in the evening to eat dinner, and late at night to have a cocktail. The house is just a short walk to the beach. And the beach is wonderful! No crowds and calm waters because you're on an inlet. It's so relaxing and the perfect place to paddle board or play bocce ball! The Harbor Island neighborhood is a great place to ride bikes, too. We let our kids ride around the Harbor Island community on their own with no worries at all! A pass to Hunting Island is included in the rental. I highly recommend checking it out. If you just have to spend some times in the waves, that's the place to do it. Plus there are some great shells to be found on Hunting Island, including lots of sharks teeth. And a visit to the lighthouse is well worth your time! You can't go wrong with this rental house - it has the best of what a Harbor Island vacation has to offer!"

  • lovely home with the exception of torn screen doors to the deck

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful time- loved the house with the exception of the problem above- maintenance men came out with new screens, but screen doors to deck would not close so bugs came in the house- we like the cool breezes rather than the air conditioner"
