  • The property was very private, quiet, and clean.

"The property was very private, quiet, and clean. there were always security guards around, so it was very safe, as well. The restaurant serves 'made to order' breakfast and lunch every day. There is a game room for kids, a billiards room, a private bar, and a tiki bar by the pool that serves delicious frozen drinks. The property is right on the ocean, so the beach is literally a few steps away. There are chairs and umbrellas available for free that the life guards set up. The pool is clean with comfortable temperatures. There are plenty of lounge chairs available, too. Condo #104 has an ocean view with a beautiful ocean breeze. It's clean, with very comfortable beds, large washer and dryer, ceiling fans in every room, large bathrooms, and a cozy living room. The balcony is very spacious and a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a meal while gazing at the water."

  • Amazing Vacation

"We just returned from spending a week at this place and it was exactly what we were looking for. I will start by saying that I am very particular and always worry about cleanliness when booking hotels/properties for my family. This place is immaculate and very well kept. It is very tastefully decorated and gives you that "beachy" feel. We have two young children (age 4 and 1) and they had the time of their lives. The bedroom with twin beds worked out well for them; they loved sharing a room for the week. I was slightly worried about this not being a beach front property with 2 young children, but it was not an issue at all. The beach is right across the street; it is a two minute walk. We packed up the wagon every day and we were there in no time. The beach is also immaculate; very clean and well cared for. We also loved having 3 pools on the property, which made it nice for a late afternoon or evening swim. They were never too crowded either! The condo is also in a great location; it is close to many restaurants, shoppes and tourist attractions. There is also Kroger and a Wal Mart very close for groceries. We spent an evening at Barefoot Landing, which is very close to the condo, and offers restaurants and shoppes. There are a ton of miniture golf courses nearby as well. Broadway on the Beach is a short little ride where there is a ton to do as well. We spent 2 nights there, one of which was to go to the Aquarium. There is a pier within walking distance, which has great views, and Ocean Annie's, which is a little beachfront bar with live music. Our kids liked to dance to the music on the beach! My husband and I spent nights on the balcony, which is very peaceful and offers a nice view. We are already looking forward to next year!! The only con of the whole trip was the 10 hour ride home!"

  • Great for larger family

"Our family of six just returned from a week staying here. The condo is well appointed with comfy beds, stocked kitchen and beach toys/games. However, there were no beach chairs or a DVD player as indicated. No big deal for us though. There are only six towels and washcloths so be prepared to wash them daily or bring your own. Also, there is only one key to access the building and beach which is a minor inconvenience. Over all, a great stay!"
