"We was stayed at this lovely home for a week , VERY LOVELY HOME.Jin are the best!!!! The total of 10 of as , Beautiful place to stay for vacation. Plenty of activities easily accessible close by. "We loved our stay at Islander. The condo was clean, comfortable, and convenient to many activities. Next year this property will be at the top of our list. The only negative was that on our departure day the elevator was out of service, but that is certainly beyond the owner's control."

"The private pool was great. The pool maintenance person came 3 times while we were there for a week so the pool always looked fresh and clean. House is very spacious. The wifi worked great. Being oceanfront is definitely the best feature of this house. Each bedroom had a private bathroom which worked out wonderfully. The upstairs had 4 bedrooms and a sitting area with TV. The washer and dryer were located upstairs which was convenient. Ceiling fans and TV in all bedrooms and family room. The upstairs had a separate thermostat control than from downstairs.
Just a few recommendations: Need more than 1 key when multiple people are staying. Need to go through the kitchen and get rid of some things. Cupboards are cluttered and things are mismatched. New pots and pans would be a good idea. Owner did offer to reimburse me if we went to a local store and purchased new skillets, but we only had a couple days left so we didn't do that. Pool lights did not come on until around 9pm but it got dark around 7:15 - 7:30pm. Could not get the gas grill to work. Porch facing the ocean was a little crowded with furniture. Family room could use more seating. The 2 couches are awesome but when you have more than 4 people staying it doesn't work very well.
We would definitely rent Family Matters again in the future. The owners were awesome and called us to make sure everything was going ok. We were there 2 weeks after Hurricane Matthew and the place was cleaned up and ready when we arrived. Thanks Mikki Huss for sharing your home with us."
