"My husband and I had a great two week stay with sunshine everyday! I definitely recommend this condo for what a stay on the beach is suppose to look like. Very clean with all the amenities you would find within your own home. The beach is literally steps out the door. No elevators to wait on or parking garage to hassle with. You couldn't ask for a more friendly and gracious person than Leslie to work with to coordinate your stay."

"This is the first time we have rented from owners and my wife and I both agree that we could not be more pleased with our choice. The condo is very clean and well maintained and also provides an excellent view of the beach. The owners are very responsive and pleasant to deal with. We have stayed at a number of places in Myrtle Beach over the years, but considering the location and condition of the condo, the view, the amenities provided and the relaxing atmosphere, we can honestly say this is the best experience by far."

"We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. The place was clean and the kitchen stocked as well as any place I've stayed. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the owner is not very communicative. I made a request to reserve the condo but it was cancelled because he did not respond. I was having trouble finding a place, so I found his phone number and called, then he responded and we were able to make the reservation. The info prior to arriving was very basic, no elaboration, and the unit was hard to find. Just before leaving I sent him an email because we had a question about the key. He never responded so we had to use our best judgment. We definitely enjoyed ourselves and liked that the place had an elevator, just a little frustrating in trying to communicate."
