  • Perfect for us

"We were in town for the Cal Ripken Experience and this condo was perfect for us! The owners were very easy to work with and the place was immaculately clean. The condo was well equipped with what we needed for the kitchen and for quick trips to the beach."

  • Baseball Tournament and Family Vacation

"We rented Bill and Jean's condo for my son's baseball tournament and family vacation. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Bill and Jean are super friendly and easy to work with. They stayed in touch about once a month until we arrived and followed up after our stay. In the days before we arrived we received a welcome book and logistical info about the condo. We even got a call during our stay to make sure everything was going well. The condo itself is immaculate. Everything was clean and fresh. The dishes, appliances, furniture was clean, tasteful, and comfortable. The condo is well laid out with lots of space, and is bright and sunny!! The balcony overlooks a pool (far enough away that it wasn't noisy) and a golf course. It was very relaxing to sit outside and enjoy the view. We drove 1.4 miles to the beach every single day and the parking is plentiful, for a very small fee. The beaches were clean, spacious and not crowded at all, as the bigger condos and buildings were farther north and south than our area. There was plenty to do within minutes of driving - Broadway at the Beach (big outdoor mall/restaurant/entertainment complex), Grand Prix Go Carting, theaters, Myrtle Waves Water Park, gas, grocery, all were 5 minutes away. The more touristy t-shirts/strip malls, were also within minutes and stretched for miles. However, the condo is in a very quiet, residential area, away from all the hustle and bustle, so it was very relaxing to be there. About 6 miles away is Market Commons, and brand new residential/mixed use shopping/dining experience that was a pleasure to walk around at. It was also very near the baseball tournament that my son played at. We had a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach, and we stayed at a wonderful home close to everything, but at the same time very peaceful!!!! Oh, one more thing, we ate at the Sea Captain's House right on the ocean (only about a 7 minute drive), and it was really a treat. Kind of expensive, but delicious, plentiful food, in an old school home that had modern additions, right on the ocean. Wonderful. While you are waiting for your table, there is a lawn facing the ocean with porch swings and live music (this was at dinnertime) - you can't beat it! So, I HIGHLY recommend Bill and Jean's condo. They take great care to make sure you have a smooth, easy, relaxing time - we would definitely return and rent from them again."
