"Such a nice condo! Very spacious for our family of 7! The kitchen is well equipped with very nice appliances and the furnishings (bedding, LR, dining, etc.) are very nice too. Very clean.
The beach is very large and there is plenty of space for everyone. We would definitely return back to this condo and myrtle beach!"

"Just wrapped up a wonderful family vacation in MB. Robert's South Hampton unit was far greater than the pictures make it out to be. Lots of room and many conveniences of home. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were extremely comfortable! All the balcony views were amazing. Really enjoyed the ocean front view from the penthouse floor. SH may not be the newest building in the Kingston Plantation resort but I would say it has the best beach location and pools were not crowded at all.
Our minor constructive criticism is the unit could use some additional conveniences in kitchen such as some plastic cups, bowls for kids (we were always nervous them using glass/ceramic). Guys this is how great unit was that I had to really bring this up to bring balance to review. *smile*
I snuck over to the embassy pool and bar (even though I didn't have a wrist band) and will say I am glad we didn't pay twice the cost booking through them. I was also worried that my kids would see the "splash park" and be disappointed but it is obvious once you see it they hired a really nice marketing firm to take pictures as its nothing like the website makes it out to be. It literally is one slide and a few splash rings in a kiddie pool. Kids never even brought it up.
As several have mentioned Robert, the owner, really is a class act. Super responsive and very patient with all the questions we had. Even though he was out on family vacation himself, he quickly responded to my text and helped resolve an issue quickly. Things happen but his responsiveness is what sets him apart.
Kingston Plantation is very convenient 5-10 min drive to many restaurants, grocery stores, super Walmart and outlets. Only a 10-15 minute drive to Barefoot landing.
Restaurant suggestions: The flying fish, Chesapeake, and Mr. Fish. All wonderful.
Highly recommend Pirate Voyage. A bit pricey but really a great show with a very good food. My kids absolutely loved it."

"My family and I just returned from a week long stay at this beautiful condo. We were extremely comfortable here, having two bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen, and an ocean front view while being close by all amenities of the resort. My boys were thrilled with "extra soft and comfy sheets" on their beds. We would love to stay there again in the future! Thank you!!!"

Great Location - skimped on the extras for this price range!
"Unit 907 Brighton Towers. This location and room layout is perfect for a family visit. Great place, Kingston Plantation and Brighton Towers. I have stayed in this building several times over the past few years and I love the layout and space of the rooms.
Sometimes when we stay at another local favorite, we have maid service all week, but most of the units at Brighton Towers have pre-visit and post visit maid service only. Not a problem, but this stay we noticed the cleaning didn't seem professional. It was as if the owners do their own cleaning and either don't know what to do or are lazy at cleaning. The floors all had sand on them upon arrival and the furnishings and floors were very cheap for this type unit. The bathrooms seemed clean, but had not been disinfected like a professional would do.
Additionally, there were no hand towels provided and only a few wash cloths. We just barely had enough bath towels. There was only a partial role of toilet paper in each bathroom, While we knew some of these things are not provided, we have always had a full roll left in each bathroom so we didn't have to go to the store the night of arrival. Most stays there has been a full roll and another one in each bathroom on arrival. There was also no hand soap, bath soap, shampoo, etc like the professional cleaning companies leave for a welcoming supply to start the stay. These are all little extras that make the beginning of the stay pleasant. It is standard in this type accommodation. That was enough to make me choose another place in Brighton Towers next time"
