    "Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We checked in with no hassles at all. The condo was as beautiful as the pictures look! The master with king is a lock-off unit, so you can have privacy. It's next to the 2 bedroom without an en-suite bath (the bathroom is across the hall.) EVERY room had a balcony. The rooms overlook the pool and across to the Embassy Suites (starbucks/bar there--you can also pay for breakfast bar). The ocean view is sort of to your left...but its not a problem. There were some minor issues--the dishwasher is kind of tempermental and the clothes dryer does not stop--so you have to check or your stuff will keep drying! We brought laundry soap, extra toilet paper (there was none in master bath) and extra paper towels. We also brought sugar, stuff like that for coffee, but were pleasantly surprised to see that others did what we did, and left the extras for new tenants. The living room TV had a bad cable, my hubby swapped it with DVR cable to get it to work (he did resort maintenance forever). The main lobby elevator was very slow--only one was working. We did discover that there was a second elevator right out our door and to the right. We used this and parked right outside of it for our stay--VERY CONVENIENT! We will probably only need a 1 bedroom next time (took family this time) but would DEFINITELY rent from North Beach Realty again! They were right there on my phone when I had questions (like Wifi--yes its free--if you have an iphone, make sure you open a new website to connect) It was awesome!"
