  • Week long get away with friends!

"First and foremost, the property is beautiful and a very short drive from anything! My GPS didn't take me to the main entrance though, so be aware of that. It is fairly obvious if you're in the wrong spot. The condo was great! Very spacious and with 3 bathrooms! How can you go wrong? I (a guy) went with two female friends. There was plenty of privacy if we needed it but still cozy enough for us to enjoy time together in the living room or on the balcony taking in the view! Huge flat screen in the living room and flat screens in each room. Several board games and card games are there if you need them! We used the kitchen often and had all we needed! A washer and dryer in the condo made it very easy to keep up with towels and wash clothes as well. It was also nice coming home and unpacking clean clothes instead of dirty laundry. The upper pool is heated and although a little small, is still nice. Lower pool is not heated. The hot tub was wonderful and beach access is a very short walk from the building and pool. Also the Apache Pier right next door. 2 tiny complaints that are so minuscule that they are almost not worth mentioning. Be prepared to use up that mobile data because the wifi is terrible, but that is in no way the owners fault. They are tied in to what every service the building has. It works and it isn't terribly slow but it is a pain to get and stay connected. The other tiny issue I had was with the bed sheets in the master bedroom. The king size bed was wonderful and I slept very well but I did have to fight with the fitted sheet from time to time. It really didn't want to stay on. Again, those are nothing compared to all the good that this place has to offer. Just throwing those things our there. I would highly recommend this unit to everyone. Great stay!"

  • Beautiful, spacious unit with great ocean views

"We really loved renting this property. It's got fantastic views form every window, it's beautifully decorated and there was plenty of room for our travel party to relax and unwind. The place was spotless -- extremely clean. All of my emails to the property manager and his staff were quickly responded to and professionally handled. Royale Palms is one of the best places to stay in all of Myrtle Beach -- well worth a little more money to have such a nice place and great pool/beach access. The pools were all pretty crowded, but with a little patience we were able to find four chairs together for our group. Everyone at the Royale Palms/Hilton has access to the hotel's shuttle that runs to local destinations within a 2-mile radius for free (well, you should tip), which is a great perk. We did have some problems with the keys that we were given to access the property (only one seemed to work well), but I reported these issues and was assured they will be addressed. From my experience (this is my second rental from Lance), this company seems to take pride in its customer service and professionalism, which I appreciate a lot. I would most certainly rent this unit again. The only real negative is the early checkout requirement -- 9:30 am. But the high quality of the unit and the nice amenities at the Hilton/Royale Palms make up for it some. :)"

  • Gilman Vacation 2016

"We enjoyed our vacation at Seawatch in your condo. The beds and pillows are so comfortable! We like having more room in both the living room and bedroom because you have minimal furniture and the TVs are mounted on the walls. One problem we had was acquiring our parking pass. We tried to get it at the front desk in the North Tower but were told to go the the Wyndom registration office. When I asked for one there, the lady was hesitant and said that you were supposed to contact them that we would be arriving. She proceeded to give me a temporary permit, but then she tore that one up and gave me one that she wrote "Owner" on. She said that you should call them, so I was confused but happy to get the permit finally. Also, when we receive email from you concerning our payments and confirmation, we see that if we print that out, it is many pages full of information that we don't need. All we need are the payments we make and our confirmation number. The outlet under the TV in the bedroom doesn't work. It appears to be loose, and anything plugged in won't make the connection. The pass code feature you added was great. I used the dishwasher during the week, but when I put the dishes in the morning we left, I couldn't get it to work. The lights would not come on, even though I shut it securely several times. I left a note for the cleaning ladies. Hopefully, it is working well now. All in all, our stay was very nice. I always bring my own frying pan because yours is pretty worn out, but that is to be expected. We look forward to staying in your condo next July. We'll be in touch! Thanks so much! Ron and Carol Gilman"

  • Great Location - skimped on the extras for this price range!

"Unit 907 Brighton Towers. This location and room layout is perfect for a family visit. Great place, Kingston Plantation and Brighton Towers. I have stayed in this building several times over the past few years and I love the layout and space of the rooms. Sometimes when we stay at another local favorite, we have maid service all week, but most of the units at Brighton Towers have pre-visit and post visit maid service only. Not a problem, but this stay we noticed the cleaning didn't seem professional. It was as if the owners do their own cleaning and either don't know what to do or are lazy at cleaning. The floors all had sand on them upon arrival and the furnishings and floors were very cheap for this type unit. The bathrooms seemed clean, but had not been disinfected like a professional would do. Additionally, there were no hand towels provided and only a few wash cloths. We just barely had enough bath towels. There was only a partial role of toilet paper in each bathroom, While we knew some of these things are not provided, we have always had a full roll left in each bathroom so we didn't have to go to the store the night of arrival. Most stays there has been a full roll and another one in each bathroom on arrival. There was also no hand soap, bath soap, shampoo, etc like the professional cleaning companies leave for a welcoming supply to start the stay. These are all little extras that make the beginning of the stay pleasant. It is standard in this type accommodation. That was enough to make me choose another place in Brighton Towers next time"
