  • Great Condo

    "We stayed at this condo for 5 nights at the beginning of August. The condo itself is very nice and perfectly roomy for my husband and I and our 2 young kids. The kids loved having their own room and bathroom and I loved that it was toward the back of the condo as opposed to by the balcony. The views from the large balcony and the living area and master bedroom are perfect. The nature of the condo's situation make it quite and private, even from the balcony. The resort grounds were also very nice and had lots of options for the kids and even when the beach was busy, there was still plenty of room to relax and play. Daily housekeeping was also a great plus and they did a good job of keeping the place clean. While the high floor gave the best views, it did make the walk to everything a little further, but definitely not a problem. All of the pools are easily walk-able, however, I would note that if you have a lot of beach toys and small kids, the walk to the splash park area can get a little tiresome, but definitely not bad for the amount of times we did it. Depending on the traffic in the hotel at the time, you may want to buy ice cream and have coffee for the room as opposed to trying the snack shop in the Hilton lobby in the early morning or late evening as the line can get long. The pools were quite crowded during the middle of the day as there are many of them, but none that are extremely large. This was mostly difficult with a 4 and 5 year old that have recently learned to swim, but we found it was remedied by going to the pools in the morning when they weren't busy and then heading to the beach in the afternoon. Food at the restaurants on property that we tried was pretty good, but a bit pricey as to be expected. We enjoyed meals out or in the room most of the times. The pool decks say there are no coolers allowed and no outside alcohol, but we found that no one really policed this as long as you were being quiet. We toted our cooler for snacks and such during the days as well. Overall, I would recommend this condo to anyone, especially if traveling as a small family or trip with another couple and especially if you can go off peak season a bit to avoid some of the crowds, but this is just a typical situation with peak season in a popular destination. The location of the resort though, does help to make you feel like you are in a less busy area of Myrtle Beach while still being close to everything you may want to do."

  • Great condo, great location, and great week

    "My family and I had a great week at Belinda's condo during our vacation in July. To start, Belinda was great to work with through the whole process and there was nothing difficult from start to finish. The condo is very big and gave our party of 7 more than enough room. The bedrooms were big, kitchen area was big and the balcony was awesome. The condo was clean and came well equipped with everything we needed. Overall, I was very pleased with Margate Tower and Kingston Plantation. There was ample parking throughout, the building was very clean and well kept and all the staff was friendly. I was worried going in the pools would be too small, but that was far from the case. I was could not have been happier with the week and the accommodations. I would definitely stay here again.   • Fall's the perfect time to be at Ocean Creek!

    "Just returned from a quick fall trip to Ocean Creek (we stayed in this unit back in June and fell in love!) - great resort and condo! This unit has a great lower floor location which makes it easy to get to and from parking, pool, and beach. Lovely updated's clean and well maintained! Property manager (Cheryl) is wonderful to work with. Already looking ahead to our next visit!"

  • Gilman Vacation 2016

    "We enjoyed our vacation at Seawatch in your condo. The beds and pillows are so comfortable! We like having more room in both the living room and bedroom because you have minimal furniture and the TVs are mounted on the walls. One problem we had was acquiring our parking pass. We tried to get it at the front desk in the North Tower but were told to go the the Wyndom registration office. When I asked for one there, the lady was hesitant and said that you were supposed to contact them that we would be arriving. She proceeded to give me a temporary permit, but then she tore that one up and gave me one that she wrote "Owner" on. She said that you should call them, so I was confused but happy to get the permit finally. Also, when we receive email from you concerning our payments and confirmation, we see that if we print that out, it is many pages full of information that we don't need. All we need are the payments we make and our confirmation number. The outlet under the TV in the bedroom doesn't work. It appears to be loose, and anything plugged in won't make the connection. The pass code feature you added was great. I used the dishwasher during the week, but when I put the dishes in the morning we left, I couldn't get it to work. The lights would not come on, even though I shut it securely several times. I left a note for the cleaning ladies. Hopefully, it is working well now. All in all, our stay was very nice. I always bring my own frying pan because yours is pretty worn out, but that is to be expected. We look forward to staying in your condo next July. We'll be in touch! Thanks so much!
