  • Fantastic Weekend in Myrtle

    "The place and renting experience could not have been better and Mike made the whole process incredibly easy. The apartment was in beautiful condition and had everything we needed. The beach is a short walk away and great local restaurants are within a quick drive. We had an amazing time in Myrtle Beach and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Mike!"

  • Amazing experience

    "The condo was perfect. This is the second time that we have stayed in the unit. We travelled with 2 families - 4 adults and 4 children (ages 11 -14). The unit is large and we had plenty of space. The balcony is magnificent with amazing ocean views. The building and amenities and extremely well maintained. I cannot say enough about the booking experience with Century 21 Stopper and Associates.Their office and professionalism made the booking, check-in and check-out process seamless and stress free. I would highly recommend their services to anyone!"

  • Gilman Vacation 2016

    "We enjoyed our vacation at Seawatch in your condo. The beds and pillows are so comfortable! We like having more room in both the living room and bedroom because you have minimal furniture and the TVs are mounted on the walls. One problem we had was acquiring our parking pass. We tried to get it at the front desk in the North Tower but were told to go the the Wyndom registration office. When I asked for one there, the lady was hesitant and said that you were supposed to contact them that we would be arriving. She proceeded to give me a temporary permit, but then she tore that one up and gave me one that she wrote "Owner" on. She said that you should call them, so I was confused but happy to get the permit finally. Also, when we receive email from you concerning our payments and confirmation, we see that if we print that out, it is many pages full of information that we don't need. All we need are the payments we make and our confirmation number. The outlet under the TV in the bedroom doesn't work. It appears to be loose, and anything plugged in won't make the connection. The pass code feature you added was great. I used the dishwasher during the week, but when I put the dishes in the morning we left, I couldn't get it to work. The lights would not come on, even though I shut it securely several times. I left a note for the cleaning ladies. Hopefully, it is working well now. All in all, our stay was very nice. I always bring my own frying pan because yours is pretty worn out, but that is to be expected. We look forward to staying in your condo next July. We'll be in touch! Thanks so much!
