  • Very nice accommodations and responsive owners

    "My family and I stayed in this condo earlier this month. The condo was very nice and clean (exactly as shown in the pictures). The owners, Steve and Andrea, were very nice, quick to respond and accommodating. The price i was reasonable. We had 4 adults and 4 children (which they allowed because they're all pretty young). My family and I would absolutely consider renting this condo again. In fact, the only reason I might consider looking elsewhere would be to find something that has a view that's right on the beach (which is something I grew up with). The only complaint I have is with the resort (not the condo). The walk to the beach is across the parking lot when there should be sidewalks. There are also not enough ramps for the luggage carts, which means we had to walk to another part of the building to find one. But these are minor complaints and not the fault of the condo or the owners."

    "Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location and the view. Would definitely stay there again.The property is clean ,staff is friendly, and beach was just a few steps away. You'll be seeing us next year!"

  • Clean and cozy

    "When we arrived the condo was very clean. It's pretty close to the beach and pools. Parking was very crowded, but we always managed to find a spot. We spent the 1st day roaming around and getting familiar with the resort. The ad states there was an arcade, but we didn't find it. We finally made it to the office one day and got a map of the resort, there is no arcade. The convenience store in the renaissance center was closed, which was a little inconvenient with the area being so busy. The resort grounds were well maintained and plenty of security staff around. The only real issue we had was the walls of the condo are very thin and with it being right next to the only indoor pool in the resort it was pretty loud, even after the pool closed at night people still gathered there to talk and have fun, made sleeping pretty rough. The renaissance building seemed to be part of the resort, but when we wandered in there were signs around about needing wrist bands, there was nobody around to ask, I did notice some of the people in there were able to go into other pools in the resort but the pool there had signs that wristbands were needed. The owners had everything you could possibly need for the kitchen in the condo, which made it very nice. They were easy to get hold of and always answered emails in timely manner. I would definitely recommend this resort and the condo."
