  • Beautiful Beach House--Condo Style!

"My husband and I just retired and spent a few weeks in this beautiful home and the breathtaking view of the ocean is just the beginning of what is so great about this lovely condo. The open concept kitchen and living area is great and whether you are cooking, eating, entertaining or watching TV--the beautiful view is always right there. The condo itself has lovely "beach house" décor that is very charming and adds to the vacation house feel. It is super clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. The owners are absolutely lovely people and such a pleasure to work with. They were so helpful and offered a lot of great local information, such as best grocery store and great seafood spots and pizza places! The condo offers pool access and the ocean is just a short walk beyond that. Especially loved having coffee and enjoying the ocean view in the morning and a glass of wine there in the evening. We will definitely be coming back to this lovely retreat!"

  • As advertised.

"It's just a small condo by the beach, but it has most everything you need -- kitchen, closet space, etc. My only suggestion would be to get a new mattress, since the one there has pretty much had it. Mitchell was very courteous and accommodating, and the neighbors were friendly too."

  • Beautiful Condo

"My sister and I stayed in Tina's condo five days in January. We had a wonderful time. The condo was exceptionally clean and I mean spotless. It is beautifully upgraded and comfortably furnished. The condo community is well managed and very quiet. The entrance to the halls where the elevators are located have key pad entry. We felt very safe. Views from the balcony and front door of condo are stunning. There's a nice, glass door on the front of the condo so you can leave the front door open and view the beautiful marsh; and then enjoy the ocean from the balcony. The location is so convenient with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Tina was very great to work with. I would definitely recommend this condo and hope to return for another visit in the fall."

  • Very comfortable condo with a Million-Dollar view of the ocean! Extremely caring owner! A+

"My wife and daughter stayed here for a week after spending a few days in Fort Mill, SC at a conference. We specifically wanted a full oceanfront view condo on an upper floor, so this one caught our eye. When we arrived, we were not disappointed. This unit was everything we hoped it would be. Specifically, here are our feelings after a week's stay: -> The building is not a new property, but it is very well maintained. It's not one of many, many high-rise buildings all in a row. With only one exception, this property is surrounded by houses. The neighborhood, from our perspective during the time we were there, is very quiet and extremely safe. There is plenty of covered parking available on the lower floors of the building, but the ceilings are low so if you have a full-size van (which we have) or a pickup truck, you'll be parking across the street in a surface lot. -> Honestly, one of the reasons why I chose this property for our stay is that the sofa looked to be EXTREMELY comfortable... and it was! I just sank down into it and felt like I never wanted to get up! It was wonderful! -> The other big reason why I chose this unit was the view. It was simply great. Sunrises were breathtaking to watch from the zero-gravity chairs on the large balcony. Those chairs were extremely comfortable and a real blessing, compared to the basic chairs that we've had on the balconies of other properties we've stayed at. -> The large, flat-screen Smart TV with a Blu-Ray player attached was a real treat and provided us with hours of relaxation when we weren't walking barefoot on the beach. -> The kitchen appliances seem to be very new and worked perfectly. The Keurig coffeemaker was a nice touch. We brought our own K-cups with and used it often. -> The mirrored wall, behind the TV, made the unit seem much larger than it actually was. We never felt cramped at all when we were in the living room area. -> A direct door to the bathroom from the bedroom was really a nice touch. The bedroom itself, is a bit crowded, because the bed takes up so much of the available floor space. But that's not a big deal. The bed is very comfortable. -> We never needed to contact Medhat for any reason, other than to say we were checking in and leaving. When I did text, the response was quick and courteous. Overall, staying here was an A+, 5-star excellent experience. I would give this my highest recommendation."
