  • Beautiful condo and excellent views!

"Although our week was shortened by Hurricane Matthew, our stay at Inlet Point Villas 7F was very relaxing. We have been staying in the Windy Hill section of NMB for the last 15 years, and always the first or second week of October. We decided to stay in Cherry Grove/Inlet Point for a change of pace. It was very quiet. We loved watching the differences in the beach as the tide was high and low. The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The Walters were very gracious hosts!"

  • Best House Yet

"We have had several family vacations in NMB and have stayed at different rental houses each time. This was our favorite one so far and would stay here again. There were 22 of us (17 adults, 5 children). The entire house and outside area were clean when we checked in. The bedrooms are large and the large common areas on each floor gave everyone plenty of space. All appliances and fixtures worked well the entire week. We enjoyed everything available at the house: pool, indoor spa pool, the many TV's, DVD players, air hockey, pool table, pinball, corn hole, basketball court, bicycles, beach accessories, and the deck roof. The beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and beach toys were extremely helpful to have since several people came by plane. We were a little concerned about the pool when we first arrived because it is small, has a maximum depth of about 3 feet, and is on the main street side of the house. Well, there is not much traffic so you forget about the street quickly. The low depth and size actually allowed the children to enjoy the pool even more. Since the pool is in the sun most of the day, something to provide shade would be helpful. We so happened to have a beach tent with us and set it up in the pool area. You will need to keep tending to wet spots on the first floor since you need to go through it to get between the outside shower and the pool and between the shower or pool and 1st Floor bathroom. But without a doubt the pluses far outweigh the minuses. Rob and Gwen are gracious hosts. They meet you at check-in to make sure everything is OK and to explain how some features of the house work. They came by a couple times to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. And a special thanks to Rob for taking the children and their parents out on his boat."

  • Great location and was just what we were looking for.

"This nice little Bungalow was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room and clean. There are no fancy frills, but if you are looking for a simple clean place close to the beach and fishing pier, this is it. We decided to stay an extra 2 days and our request was answered very quickly, no waiting. We will definitely be booking this Bungalow again."

  • Exceeded Our Expectations!!!

"I can't say enough good things about this condo. Karen was so easy to work with and always reachable for questions. The condo is neat as a pin and the property is meticulously maintained. It is in the perfect area for walking to restaurants. The walk across the street to the beach is quick and easy. It is well stocked with everything you will need for an awesome get away. We loved that towels and linens were provided. It was also nice to have access to beach chairs and umbrella. The pool was never crowded, large and clean. You will not regret renting this condo. We can't wait to return!"
