It was nice location. close to the beach. Everything was okay.

                4 of 5
We had a refrigerator the was not working, but it was not considered an emergency. But they can and replaced with a new one. The Golf cart was not available when we arrived so I was a little salty. The bed squeaked on the second floor. Overall, we really enjoyed the location and place. Pool Table was a great asset.

                Fantastic location, good accommodations.

                4 of 5
We stayed with a mix of 20 people in 5 families, ranging in age from 11 months to 79 years old. The villa was roomy and comfortable for all of us, and the game room was enjoyed by the teens and young adults in the crowd. The marshside views were absolutely spectacular, with lots to see, and beautiful sunsets, and the walk to the ocean was very short and easy. The only issues we had were the couch and chairs in the main seating area were uncomfortable, and the swing king beds were terribly loud and also uncomfortable. Bring a can opener -- there were 4, but none of them were usable. A crock pot would be a great addition but we made do with what was available. There are lots of stairs, so be prepared (it is 3 stories plus one from the ground), but not uncommon for the area. Aside from that, the kitchen was well stocked with fairly good quality cooking pots and dishes. Our family felt comfortable had plenty of room, we made memories that will last a lifetime!
