  • Great location

    "This property is in a great location. It's close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. There's also a grocery store like 4 minutes away. You could walk to a lot of places if you wanted. The cottage had WiFi so my group was pretty happy. It's also pretty nice. The furniture wasn't new but it worked. The layout was good. The amenities were there. Be aware there's no toilet paper or paper towels though. There was plenty of room for my group. It wasn't easy finding a place for an affordable price for my group because we are mostly 20 but this place was great. There was a security deposit but that wasn't really surprising. My group enjoyed their vacation. I would recommend this place. Just be aware that it's 2 bedroom with just the cottage. The efficiency can be added to make it 3 bedroom. My group just rented the cottage."

  • Comfortable, clean and well maintained 4 Bedroom Condo.

    "It was an enjoyable week at this attractive spacious condo unit. Parking for two vehicles was a bonus. The owners were courteous and very helpful and I would certainly rent from them again on our next visit. However I would rent direct from owner in the future and advise anyone else to do likewise. Vacation Rentals .com website was down for 5 days while I was trying to process my final payment and consequently I had to contact the owner for assistance who was also unable to access the website. Then two Vac. Rental reps. gave conflicting information regarding their ability to process a telephone payment authorization. Thanks to the owner the issue was resolved, I hope they refunded her their fee. Great spot, great condo I would recommend to anyone."
