  • Wonderful condo and owner

"This is a terrific condo if you are looking to stay at the Prince Resort. I loved the size of the balcony, the comfort of the king bed, and the roomy layout. It was quiet on the top floor, too. Kitchen is completely stocked with a Keurig and regular coffeemaker. Jay was terrific to work with, and very prompt in returning my deposit. I highly recommend this condo."

  • Ocean views, nice updated condo, next to fishing Pier and grocery store nearby!

"My children & I love it! We stayed for a week. I went thru Homeaway, saw the pictures and reviews & thought, Why not? The Master bedroom & living room have sliding glass doors to walk out to the balcony. The view is the ocean & even though it is on the other side, you have a great full view & would never know the distance. My children swam in building One & walked the beach. I can see them from the balcony. If you love fishing, Cherry Grove Pier is literally across the street including a small bar food ( they have happy hour) / ice cream booth on the pier. The Lazy river Bldg. 2 was closed the entire week but kids instead swam in Bldg. 1 with no problem. The condo had very firm beds but for the most part comfortable. Even though we brought our soaps, this place was equipped with decent brands of conditioner, shampoo, body wash, lotion, dish detergent, paper towels, coffee, coffee filters, and laundry detergent, which was a very pleasant shock. Towels, sheets provided are decent quality. Huge bathtubs to relax, shower or take a nice hot bath. The dishwasher soap holder doesn't close but still washes dishes well. Cleaning supplys are there also if you are tidy germ phobe like myself lol. This was a delight for this mommy. Chairs, kids sand pails all provided if you need to use them. Kitchen stocked including blender if you want to make your drinks, this is nice to know since I brought my vitamix lol. The only thing I can say needed honestly is a good wine bottle opener, a flat non stick pan , and rubber mixing spatulas if baking or mixing. Cake pans, pizza pans, stainless steel pans and pots in great condition. The grocery store is a few blocks away to walk. Parking: If I can fit a long bed 6 passenger 25000 deisel truck, you should have NO PROBLEMS parking smaller vehicles. Eugene's Platters is a nearby drive to buy FRESH seafood at local's cost if you want to cook a gourmet seafood dinner. Every time I emailed the owners, they got back with me right away. This is a huge plus! If you do not feel like cooking, Bldg. 1 has a restaurant and of course down the road you will find many. We will be back!"

  • It's What's Inside that Matters

"Once we arrived at the property we noticed immediately the property overall is worn out.....dirty walls, smells, etc....But once you get inside the unit then all was well. Nice unit and the view is what we came for. As a unit owner I would be somewhat concerned how and where the Association Fees are being spent....common areas are in need of polishing. The checkout was a total waste of time. I had to drive back to the check in location to do noting more than turn in my keys......which are shredded or thrown out....I could have pulled out of the property and headed back home but had to detour to turn in 4 pieces of plastic..... The owner's property was awesome and we really enjoyed the views. Beds are always going to be an issue but when you wake up to the views the minor pain goes away quickly. The unit was clean and well appointed. You have a nice restaurant on the beach on the property and the food was good. I would stay there again but would not make my reservations through VRBO unless it is directly with an owner. Another vacation rental agency is not what I am looking for."
