Great Vacation

We spent a month at Marvista Grande in Unit 1502. The unit was as described, very clean, comfortable beds, large balcony with amazing views that got the morning sun and afternoon shade. Loved it. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Pat & Gary were great to deal with. All instructions for the 3 T.V.'s, internet access and pool bracelets were in the unit when we arrived, very much appreciated. We look forward to spending vacation time in this condo again.

Condo review 915 Mar Vista Grand

We enjoyed the condo.We Have stayed at Mar Vista for 8 years for a month at a time.This was a shorter stay and our first side view condo.The unit was clean as expected.The tv did not have a PVR. We hate commercials.The condo should have an entry rug by the door.This will help with the sand particles.The unit should have a 4 slot toaster,2 slot does not make sence for a large 3 bedroom condo. There are renters / owners that smoke on the balconies. This has been a concern and was again on this trip. The smoke drifts into the condo and on the balcony and makes our space unpleasant.The bedroom slats curtains have to be cautiously used. The beach and pool amenities are first class and heated. I would recommend a lock box for the cage area for the condo key return.The key return to the main office takes us out of our way for an early leave.
