"Windy Shores 103 was a really great sized place for our family. There is plenty of room in the condo and the bedrooms were great sizes! The bed in the master was very comfortable. The outdoor balcony was also large and had plenty of seating. The wicker furniture out there, however, has seen better days and really needs to be replaced, but you can't beat the view the balcony provides, spectacular! This particular unit overlooks both the grassy area and the pool and wasn't noisy, even with kids in the pool. I was a little anxious about having enough dishware and silverware for the family but the kitchen was well stocked and I really didn't need the extra stuff I brought. There are plenty of pots and pans, bowls, serving spoons, spatulas, etc., as well as a coffee maker, electric can opener, toaster and blender. I was also pleasantly surprised to find dishwasher tabs already there and hand soaps in every bathroom. Be sure to bring trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels and any spices you might need. The dining table seats 8 comfortably if you bring the chairs out from each of the guest bedrooms. Be careful of the hot water in the unit- it is really hot! There is a stackable washer/dryer combo in the guest bedroom with the attached bath, which was really convenient. The people before us left their detergent there, so we paid it forward and left ours. :> The unit comes with a storage closet situated on the way to the pool. This was a blessing as it meant we didn't have to lug our beach chairs, umbrella, etc up to the unit every day. We just locked the items in there each evening. The pool always had chairs available no matter what time of the day, which was nice. It is not mentioned in the ad but at the pool there is a cornhole game. Our kids enjoyed that very much. The location of Windy Shores is great! It's at the end of a dead end street so there really isn't much traffic. The parking, however, is really tight. We rarely got a spot at the actual building but had to park in the overflow lot about a block away so it wasn't too bad. There are 2 charcoal grills and a picnic table in the parking lot area, which is nice. You have to bring your own charcoal and I strongly suggest bringing a cleaning brush, which we did. We did have a few minor problems but we reported them to management and they were promptly addressed. Overall we enjoyed our vacation at this property and would return again."
