  • Wonderful Time

"This was are first time staying here. We wanted a place to stay with our dog and Jeff and Beth gave us an opportunity to stay at there place. They are very easy to work with and if you have any problems they are just a phone call away. When we were there some of the siding was blown off and called and let the know. They had a repairman there the next day to fix it. You are only a block from the beach and the area is very quite and friendly. If we do go to Garden City again next year (long drive) we will definitely book with them again."

  • Perfect for our family!

"I stayed for a week with my family in July. Fran was the most accommodating. She was available if needed for anything. I am a light sleeper and not once did I ever hear anyone above us. Her apartment was very clean and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. The only thing we needed to bring was towels and linens. The location was perfect. My 2 year old loved the short walk to the pool and the go-cart rides to the beach. I will stay here again next summer. Thank you Fran for everything!"

  • Look No Further!

"What a great stay we had! The condo was just perfect. Super comfortable in every aspect. The view was wonderful. The condo itself was nicely appointed. Updated and not run down at all. The location was awesome, super convenient to anything and everything we did Very clean, which is important to us. Lots of room to stretch. The complex was quiet and it was nice to sit out on the balcony at various times of the day and night to "people watch". Loved the wonderful ceiling to floor windows making you feel like you are sitting right on the water. Big plus! We've stayed in North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach at condos in prior trips but this condo takes the cake and we are anxious to return! We ate in Murrells Inlet which was a super convenient location for getting there. But, there were nice places to eat very close and within walking distance. We walked to the Conch Café twice for lunch and the food was wonderful. It was also great to have the BI-LO right up the street for convenient grocery shopping. We especially loved the master bedroom shower and the large patio with comfortable patio furniture. We will be back!"

  • Basic property at a great location with amenities

"Access to amenities (esp. neighborhood kids' pool) was best feature. Convenient to both beach and main highway through town. Great set-up for families Very friendly neighbors. Quiet neighborhood. Cons: Very bare bones (no paper towels, basic pantry items, no hair dryer) Uncomfortable beds Pull-out couches very uncomfortable too No access to golf cart (would look for property that includes usage of golf cart next time)"
