Perfect for our family of 4!

5 of 5
Beachwalk 302 was perfect! We stayed for 5 nights and we are a family of 4. There was plenty of space, the wifi was strong, and the kitchen was full of what we needed for cooking. I admit, I was concerned about the 3rd floor walk up, as I'm not exactly fit, but we made it work and it wasn't that big of a deal. The ocean access was literally a 1/2 a block away, about a 4 minute walk from front door to the sand. We will definitely stay again. Thank you!!!

Great time in Myrtle Beach

4 of 5
Wonderful location right on the beach and the home was nice and clean upon arrival. Pool is an added plus. Management company was very helpful and responsive however had to give 4 out of 5 starts for the following reasons; The contract explicitly states cleaning all dishes but there wasn’t any dishwasher detergent provided which is not really something we wanted to go buy during our vacation. The $250 charged for linens was pretty aggressive considering there was nothing in the bathrooms (toilet paper was all). No hand soap, no towels. Shrink wrapped kitchen rags and very weak towels were thrown around the house…a little more effort could have been made on the management side. It’s 2016, going to and from the management office (although a short drive) to get and leave the house keys seemed archaic. Just get a lock box or an electronic lock and change the codes for each guest. It was an unneeded hassle..and the fear of losing a key during your vacation is another annoying thing to worry about. Other than these minor issues, it really is a great house and location and I don’t think you could find better for the $$...worth it! I would much rather have a great house with a few little issues than a bad house with no little issues. Thanks
