"I had read the reviews that this house included everything down to beach towels, but since we filled the house to maximum capacity, I was sure we would need a few more. Wrong. There must be 25-30 beach towels each level with that many bath towels as well. The kitchen is beyond stocked to prepare any meal you might would want to cook. We even loved our one rainy day thanks to the covered drive and ride-on cars for each of my 4 active grandchildren. We loved the house. It was clean and very comfortable.
If you are planning for a multi-family stay, you might want to know that the kitchen with the largest seating area is upstairs. Whoever is the chief cook would probably want to plan to stay there. The connecting stairs are steep, but there were several gates available for safety. The only drawback, which was not a problem at all to us, is that downstairs, one bedroom was accessed through the other. It just might be helpful to know that when assigning who will stay with whom. The bedrooms are large with plenty of storage. There are 3 outdoor hoses to rinse off your beach things ( and your kids) as well as an enclosed outdoor shower. By the way, the "beach things" stored for your use consists of more sand toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. than many of the local shops have in stock (seriously not too much of an exaggeration). The two golf carts are such a plus!!
The owners were easy-going and wonderful to work with. We had a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend you check this one out!"
