  • large home in a quiet area

"The house is decorated very nice and has lots of extra touches. The furniture is neat and clean with plenty of seating. The large pool area has plenty of chairs and a storage area with beach chairs, toys and a golf cart which is a real plus for making the long trip to the beach. Even though our family always takes our own beach chairs and supplies, this house has all the extras that you don't have to bring. One plus is the elevator when unloading your luggage for the week and packing up for the return trip home or for someone that has a problem using the steps. Our family of 10 enjoyed our stay very much."

  • Surfside enjoyment

"This house was a pleasure to stay in with an ideal location: close to the beach yet far enough away for peace and quietness. We learned how to get around on the back streets of highway 17 business so the traffic was of no concern to us on our golf, shopping, and sightseeing trips. The house itself was well furnished and styled with a relaxing fell for the I don't want to do anything days. A return trip is a must for our next year plans!"

  • Summer, 2016 Fabulous stay

"I had read the reviews that this house included everything down to beach towels, but since we filled the house to maximum capacity, I was sure we would need a few more. Wrong. There must be 25-30 beach towels each level with that many bath towels as well. The kitchen is beyond stocked to prepare any meal you might would want to cook. We even loved our one rainy day thanks to the covered drive and ride-on cars for each of my 4 active grandchildren. We loved the house. It was clean and very comfortable. If you are planning for a multi-family stay, you might want to know that the kitchen with the largest seating area is upstairs. Whoever is the chief cook would probably want to plan to stay there. The connecting stairs are steep, but there were several gates available for safety. The only drawback, which was not a problem at all to us, is that downstairs, one bedroom was accessed through the other. It just might be helpful to know that when assigning who will stay with whom. The bedrooms are large with plenty of storage. There are 3 outdoor hoses to rinse off your beach things ( and your kids) as well as an enclosed outdoor shower. By the way, the "beach things" stored for your use consists of more sand toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. than many of the local shops have in stock (seriously not too much of an exaggeration). The two golf carts are such a plus!! The owners were easy-going and wonderful to work with. We had a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend you check this one out!"

  • Great Family Fun!!!!

"It was a family vacation with all three of our adult children (and spouses) and my one and only (so far) grand child. We were very pleased upon arrival as the pictures do not really show how spacious the home really is and that was nice!!! Everyone was able to have their own room and bathroom which was also nice. Our dogs really enjoyed running from the back porch to the front porch and seeing everyone go by, they thought they owned the stretch of road we were on but they really loved it :). They house is well maintained and the beach access was just right there across the road and in the sand. Thank you so much for letting us use your vacation home for the week."
