  • Beautiful cabin with great

"My two friends and I have an annual vacation and for the last three years have been renting houses in various parts of the country. All of our rentals have been very good. This Keowee lakeview cabin which was recently added as a rental was an extraordinary find. Each room was very well appointed and inviting. Especially appealing for us was the screened-in porch with overhead fan and stone fireplace -- a great place to relax and catch up in nature. Thanks Liz for a wonderful experience and for your excellent customer service. We enjoyed the restaurants you recommended including Paesano's and the Lighthouse in Seneca."

  • Beautiful and well maintained

"Just as described and illustrated in the pictures, this is a well maintained home on the northwest side of the lake. Brian was very professional and accommodating. He quickly responded to my inquiry and within 48 hours I had received all the instructions necessary to find and access the home. Thankfully his instructions were spot-on as we arrived at 1am after a 13-hour drive and it is quite dark in that area. (Great star-gazing!) Everything functioned well in the home except for the fireplace. Beds were quite comfortable, master bath is huge, and kitchen is well appointed. Coffee maker is a Keurig for all you caffeine addicts so bring your K-cups. Wireless, Direct-TV, and washer/dryer worked just fine. The house was perfectly comfortable with the thermostat set at 72. (Outside temps dropped to freezing during our stay.) It is a 3-minute walk down the hill to the water's edge and a 15-minute drive into downtown Seneca. Jogging was a challenge due to the hills adjacent to the subdivision and the narrow roads in the surrounding country side. There is a 1.2 mile loop around the Seneca Recreation Complex that satisfied my daughter's cross-country training needs. We found some great hiking trails within a 20 minute drive which were listed on I highly recommend the Ram Cat Social House in Seneca for a warm & friendly dining experience. Many thanks Brian for your hospitality and providing a stress free get away for our family of 6 and the dog. We became Clemson fans as we watched them beat OSU and look forward to returning during the summer as we can only imagine how much fun the lake will be when it's warm."

  • Outstanding in all aspects.

"House was in super condition. Posted instructions were most helpful. Very well supplied with kitchen, linen, towels, TV(grand kids hooked up their i Phones and we watched a slideshow of their trips to Germany, Sweden and high school mission trips on the large screen TV) items. Additionally the lake side chairs and other floats were enjoyed. Canoes and kayaks with all necessary paddles and life jackets were used. We cooked on the outside grill every day. We do recommend this facility for any one interested in a fun lake experience. We lived for 25 years at 18184 Eagle Point which is around the point and directly across the lake. Owners were most helpful in proving information prior to out visit."
