  • An amazing Thanksgiving!

    "What a great spot for our Thanksgiving!!! The oceanfront was amazing with a huge deck to fit family and the table was perfect. The beds were very comfy - which you don't always get in a rental. My 19 year old son even commented that it was "cute" when he walked in. There were a few kitchen appliance issues but nothing that stopped us from cooking our dinner and Linda was quick to respond about them. Thanks for a great place!!"

  • Lovely Kiawah Cottage!

    "We just spent a weekend here and were very pleased! The cottage is nicely updated and had everything we needed. The location is great....just a short walk to the beach and pool. The manager was very accommodating and helpful."

    "My husband and I stayed in this unit for the weekend and could not have been happier. Steve the owner is extremely helpful and responsive. Very nice person. The condo is in the "golden mile" section of Myrtle Beach. Very upscale and safe. You could walk to multiple restaurants and bars form the unit. The unit was beautifully and tastefully decorated. The colors were bright and cheery. Everything was extremely clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We slept very well. There were snacks and drinks left for us in the unit which was a very nice touch. The ocean view was direct oceanfront and unobstructed. Just awesome!"

  • Hot Tub Malfunction

    "Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Penthouse D was in good condition when we arrived for our stay. The only complaint was that the hot tub was stuck on 104 degrees. We could not adjust the temperature. When the maintainence guy came to check on it he said he could not fix it and it wouldn't be fixed before we left which it wasn't. He did however let the owners know about the problem but we didn't hear anything from them during our week long stay. We just ended up pulling the breaker out and letting the hot tub cool down to a lower temp then put the breaker back in to heat it up again. We have stayed in Penthouse D before two years ago and didn't have any problems. The hot tub thing was the only problem, everything else was ok."
