  • Outstanding!!

"The owners have created a beautiful and peaceful place to relax and be close to all the Black Hills has to offer. Coming back to their home made you feel like you were home. Marietta and Roger are wonderful and caring people. Can't wait to come again!"

  • We had an awesome time

"We just got home from an amazing trip to Sturgis 2015! The house was perfect for our group of 14. The cabin was comfortable, quiet and just beautiful. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots, pans, coffee makers etc... It's between deadwood and sturgis perfect for our bike group. We would book this home on our next trip to sturgis and the black hills!"

  • What a great, historic vacation home!

"Staying at Kiddville is more than just a normal stay at a hotel...It is a truly a great experience. This vacation home in the heart of the Black Hills is a memory-making stay. You can see Crazy Horse from the gravel road going out of the property but watch out for the many cows, deer and other wildlife that share the road. Our family of five enjoyed the home and the many amenities provided. We enjoyed learning about the rich history of the home and surrounding area. When we return to this area we will plan to stay again. Thanks for sharing Kidville with us!"

  • Family group over the 4th of July

"We are always interested in the reviews before we rent, so we hope this helps someone. We were a group of 4 adults (2 couples) over the 4th of July. The cabin was perfect! It is a log cabin and set in a rather secluded area. Close enough to Custer to go out to eat or to grab groceries and fix a meal at home (grill worked great). The view off the front porch is amazing. There are 3 levels of bedrooms, so everyone can spread out and 2 1/2 bathrooms make it pretty easy. The convenience of the location was perfect for us-- pretty close to Custer State Park for some pretty fun hiking and fishing. The cabin was clean and well maintained. We liked both the place and the location."
